7321.转炉脱磷的实证研究

The situations of smelting SPHD were analyzed for 150t converter in TangSteel. Based on the analysis of dephosphorization process and the thermodynamic conditions in converter, the operation of dephosphorization was optimized. The industrial tests for dephosphorization were carried out, and the results were analyzed. The results were shown that the distribution coefficient would be the highest value, when the alkalinity of slag was 3.5 and the FeO content was 21％ in making SPHD steel. The distribution coefficient would reduce, when the temperature was increased, especially more than 1700℃, so end point temperature should be best less than 1700℃.

On the basis of the theoretical study and application of ordinary steel-encased concrete composite beam,this paper will focus on a new high-strength steel-encased concrete composite beam,and mainly studies high-performance steel Q420 and Q460,as well as high-strength concrete C60 and C80.Besides,an experimental study of 5 simply-supported beams is made,and the load-deflection curves of new SCCB are analyzed.The calculation formula of load which changes with depth of section and bending strength of the cross section is also analyzed.It is suggested that the calculated results announced should be identical with the experimental results.

One of the biggest problems affecting bridges is the transverse cracking and deterioration of concrete bridge decks.This research identifies suitable sealing materials for deck cracks showing their ability to span cracks of various widths and achieving performance criteria such as penetration depth, bond strength to crack walls, elongation, viscosity, penetration, and suitability of the type of sealant.

Ferritic stainless steels are promising candidates for IT-SOFC interconnect applications due to their low cost and resistance to oxidation at SOFC operating temperatures.To potentially extend interconnect lifetime and improve performance, a variety of surface treatments were performed on AISI 441 ferritic stainless steel coupons prior to application of a protective spinel coating.

7326.碳含量对耐候钢的耐蚀性的影响

The corrosion resistance performance of different carbon content weathering steels were investigated by cycle immersion corrosion test, rust layer micro-analysis and electrochemical impedance spectra techniques. The results show that the corrosion resistance performance is enhanced with decreasing carbon content of weathering steel. And the corrosion potential of rust layer becomes more positive, corrosion current density decreases, the anode dissolution of rust layer is impeded and the rust layer have more protect performance for test steel with decreasing carbon content of weathering steel.

7328.硅钢的磁致伸缩量测的测量方法和样本选择研究

Magnetostriction of silicon steel is the main cause of the noise of transformer,while its measuring method is argumentative.It was investigated in this paper the effect of sample size on the measuring stability and reproducibility using laser displacement meter method.It was found that for the sample size 100mm×500mm the measuring stability and repeatability are the best comparing to the size of 30mm×300mm,30mm× 100mm and 60mm× 100mm.For samples with the above for sizes cutting from the same sheet,the magnetostriction of 100mmx500mm size sample is the smallest.

This investigation was prompted by results of a qualification test of a mechanism to be used for the James Webb Space Telescope.The wear phenomena were investigated using dedicated laboratory experiments. Tests were done using a vacuum roller rig for a range of roller misalignment angles. The wear in these tests was mainly adhesive wear. The measured wear rates were highly correlated to the misalignment angle.
