  • 7291.CFRP-钢管混凝土构件屈曲分析

    为了研究轴向荷载作用下CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer)-钢管混凝土构件屈曲后的力学性能,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立CFRP-钢管混凝土长、短柱有限元模型,并采用buckle 及riks 求解器对模型进行求解。通过将有限元模拟结果与现有试验以及解析公式计算结果相比较,验证有限元模型建立的合理性。之后调整有限元模型中CFRP 布置形式和CFRP厚度来考查其对整体构件抗屈曲性能的影响:CFRP厚度的变化对长、短构件临界荷载的影响甚微;对于短柱,随着环向CFRP层数的增加,钢管的局部屈曲得到了有效抑制,构件屈曲后极限承载力提高显著。而对于长柱构件,纵向布置CFRP可以有效提高构件屈曲后承载能力,随着纵向CFRP厚度的增加,屈曲后极限承载力呈线性增长。

  • 7292.氢发射环境中高强度钢材的寿命预测模型开发

    Hydrogen embrittlement of high strength steel is the most predominant unforeseen hurdle since high strength materials show sensitivity to the phenomena and the source of the hydrogen can be anything within the fabrication process, maintenance practice, or the natural corrosion cycle. Historically, the various aerospace defense contractors have each tested in their own manner, which has led to the national standard incorporating many approved test geometries and grey procedures. This work evaluated hydrogen susceptibility over a range of material strength, load level, and hydrogen emitting environment (weight- percent sodium chloride NaCl) which demonstrated performance with parameter ranges, not as pass/fail results, while developing life predictive models for each geometry.

    In the paper,it took the hot stamping process of DP steel engine hood for example and took DP800 as object of research.The forming limit,variation of major strain,minor strain and thickness,as well as the potential equality defects were analyzed by using eta/DYNAFORM software.The research results show that duplex steel plate can meet the performance requirements of car engine dumping plank forming,which offers theory basis for the production of similar parts.

    It is important for the design engineer to realize that scatter and variability of materials properties are inevitable and must be dealt with appropriately.The program,which plays an important role in structure reliability analysis,can be used to determine the probability statistic distribution of the mechanical properties.The calculated results indicate that the weld fracture toughness of the X65 pressure pipe steel can either accord with normal distribution,lognormal distribution or weibull distribution,but the optimum fitting distribution of the fracture toughness cδc is weibull distribution.

    Current V-shaped stainless steel pyrovalve initiators have rectified many of the deficiencies of the heritage Y-shaped aluminum design. However, a credible failure mode still exists for dual simultaneous initiator (NSI) firings in which low temperatures were detected at the booster cap and less consistent ignition was observed than when a single initiator was fired. In order to asses this issue, a numerical framework has been developed for predicting the flow through pyrotechnically actuated valves.

  • 7296.高铬钢辊在锻造退火状态的微观结构分析

    This paper investigates the annealed microstructure of a new high chrome steel for roiler,using methods of SEM、DES、XRD and hardness tests.The results show that the spheroidizing annealed high chromium steel is constitutive of ferrite and globular cementite,and the microstructure is relatively reasonable.But there are disadvantage characters such as small holes in the vicinity of the grain boundary,and residual lamellar pearlite exists in local area.In this paper,generation mechanisms of these characters are explained,and prevention methods are given for the weakness of the high chorme steel for roller.

  • 7297.自应力陶粒钢管混凝土短柱火灾后轴向压缩行为的研究

    The post-fire axial compressive behavior of a set of self-stress lightweight aggregate concrete filled steel tubes (noted as SSLC-ST) after exposure to fire was studied.Effect of the fire temperatures of the specimens and some parameters on the axial compressive behavior of the specimens was especially discussed.The results show that the initial circumferential strain of surface of the steel tubes is much larger than the longitudinal strain of the steel tubes,and the specimens of SSLC-ST have higher post-fire axial compression bearing capacity and better plastic deformation.It was concluded that the local buckling and overall failure of the specimens take place in succession while the specimens are axially loaded,and there are a lot of slip lines with angle of 45° on surface of the steel tubes.

    One weak aspect of synthetic polymer materials compared with steel and other metals is that these materials are combustible under certain conditions. Thus, the majority of polymer-containing end products must pass some type of regulatory test to assure public safety from fire. The main objective of this research is to apply combined effects of a catalyst in a clay-based polymer nanocomposite to enhance formation of char from a resin to form a protective layer consisting of char enhanced clay network during burning.

  • 7299.钢铁业服务化转型与产业链延伸

    我国钢铁工业近年来快速发展取得了很大成就,但是也出现了一些问题,最突出的就是由于产能过剩造成的经营困难和利润大幅度下降。2012年钢铁产量7.16亿吨,占世界产量的46.3%,又创新高。但201280家重点大中型钢铁企业累计实现销售收入为35441亿元,同比下降4.3%;实现利润15.8亿元,同比下降98.2%,销售利润率只有0.04%在这种形势下,钢铁企业需要认真思考今后发展的方式,从国家角度而言,淘汰落后、结构调整、进行企业兼并重组是非常必要的。对于企业而言,同样需要考虑如何走出目前困境的措施,如进行服务化转型,从生产经营型企业向生产生产服务型和技术服务型企业转型;注重产业链延伸、进行产品深加工和多元化经营;走进用户、贴近用户,和用户一起开发新的产品;不断研发新技术、降低成本、提高产品质量;强化工艺与装备创新、从工艺装备创新和研发做差异化等等。

  • 7300.铠装钢和钨合金的本构模型参数研究

    The study revealed that no single combination of Johnson-Cook model parameters provides superior overall prediction of penetration depth over the other possible combinations across the full range of rod L/D considered. The study provides valuable guidance on the selection of material model parameters future studies of kinetic energy penetration.
