    In order to verify correctness of two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model,this paper carries out axial symmetry analysis of the steel ball shell by ANSYS software and 2-D finite element model is established.The radial and tangential stress distribution is acquired,through comparison with the theoretical solution,both are in good agreement.So it is feasible to simulate the three-dimensional model by finite element axisymmetrical two-dimensional model.

    To obtain fatigue design data of the train wheel steel,the fatigue tests were carried out for the steel of K type and B type train wheel separately,which fatigue limit was measured using the fluctuation method,the fatigue life of two kinds of wheel steels were tested using the grouping method at the three stress levels,two different materials and different structures have an influence on the fatigue properties of the wheels using reliability principle.The fatigue life distribution of the B type is scattered relatively.S-N curve equation and P-S-N curve equation of the two kinds of steel were calculated.The theoretical basis were put up for developing design standards and safety evaluation of the both wheel.

  • 7274.钢板-泡沫铝-钢板三明治结构的界面结合机制研究

    Steel sheet/aluminum foam/steel sheet sandwich structure have higher stiffness than aluminum sheet/aluminum foam/aluminum sheet sandwich.So in this study the aim is to manufacture steel/Al-foam core/steel sandwich panels by rolling of two steel-face sheet and Al-Si powders.The deformation of the rolled-piece,powder grains and the joining deformation of the composite interface are discussed and analyzed in this paper.SEM and EDS of the compound interface are investigated.It was concluded that a metallurgy bonding interface was formed by diffusion reaction and a brittle compound generated.

    Effects of cooling rate on metallographic and hardness ofbearing-B steel were investigated in presem research. The results showed it consists of ferrite and pearlite formed in the initial stage of the transformation in the studied bearing-B steels cooled at 0.5 ℃/s.

  • 7276.脉冲电流对钢坯显微组织演化影响的实验研究

    This paper studies the influence to the microstructural evolution of low carbon steel and low carbon Nb steel through experiments in order to improve the microstructure of billet.The results of the study show that electropulsing has significant impact on the phase transformation from austenite to ferrite of low carbon steel and low carbon Nb steel,which improves nucleation rate of ferrite inside austenite grain.

    This paper presents an implementation of Eurocode load cases for discrete global optimi-zation algorithm for planar structures based on the principles of finite element methods and genetic algorithms.The final optimal design is obtained using IPE sections chosen as feasible by the algorithm,from the available steel sections from industry.The algorithm is tested on an asymmetric planar steel frame with promising results.

    This paper describes a hydrogen content on-line measurement system in the process of steel heat treatment based on the theory of hydrogen concentration cell.This System design includes two main measurement units and a MCU for calculation and output.The method of measurement data processing is discussed in this paper,and an algorithm of temperature value calibration is also proposed.Final test shows that the instrument has features of portability,continuity and real time capability,which make it has a potential future in the hydrogen content measurement in metallurgical enterprises.

  • 7279.低碳微合金钢的方铁矿的等温转变

    The isothermal transformation of wustite (FeO) in the range of 650~350℃ was studied using Gleeble 3500 thermal simulated test machine,electron back-scatter diffraction (EBSD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).A wustite layer was initially formed by oxidizing low carbon micro-alloyed steel in air at 880℃ for 20 seconds.The layer was then isothermally annealed at 650-350℃ in argon for up to 10000 seconds.The transformation of FeO was comprised by a proeutectoid reaction and a eutectoid reaction.

  • 7280.轧后冷却工艺对铌钛微合金化低碳贝氏体钢组织性能的影响

    The influence of cooling process on microstructure,second phase precipitation and mechanical property of Nb-Ti Micro-alloyed Low-Carbon Bainitic Steel has been examined by metalloscope and TEM.The results lustrate that accelerated cooling after air-cooling (relaxation) to a certain temperature could obtain ferrite / bainite dual phase structure.
