永續農業是ESG投資者應對氣候變遷的下一步，為增進環境永續性，食農領域在生產端致力減少溫室氣體排放、提高土壤健康與儲碳能力；在消費端導入AI等技術來達成永續目標。因此，本文探討國內外代表性的ESG企業，從可銷售的碳信用額貨幣化、解決森林濫墾、提供飢餓救濟贈款、動物福利，至符合FAO建議之永續耕作方向等，帶出ESG在食農科技領域投資金額與企業的因應措施，最後分析我國推動之政策，期能為食農帶來低碳、淨零碳排轉型的永續未來。
