假期猪价实现9 连涨,10 月9 日全国均价达到26.35 元/公斤,相较于9 月30 日 上涨2.03 元/公斤,累计涨幅达到8.35%。我们认为短期猪价连续上涨的核心因 素在于市场缺猪叠加部分非市场因素扰动: ①市场缺猪是关键。一方面市场肥猪需求增加但猪源供应有限,寒冷天气下市 场对带膘肥猪需求逐渐增加,屠企收购肥猪做库存的意愿提高,但本地大肥猪货 源紧张,屠企被迫提高收购价,标肥价差进一步扩大。另一方面二次育肥争抢猪 源加剧标猪供应压力。养殖户看好11、12 月旺季行情,二次育肥户与屠企争抢 标猪,分流部分本应上市屠宰的猪源,加剧了供应紧张的局面。 ②非市场因素助涨猪价。国庆假期部分屠宰场放假,整体开工率较低,养殖户 因放假出栏也受到影响,生猪调运存在防疫和交通压力,导致生猪上市量有限, 屠宰场收猪难度加大。 十一收假后,散户出栏积极性或增加,而需求端离传统的腌腊、灌肠等消费旺季 尚有时日,缺乏有力的利好支撑,猪价或以企稳为主。

我国白羽肉鸡祖代雏鸡以进口为主,主要品种包括科宝爱维茵、AA+、哈 伯德、罗斯308。近年来,由于部分国内企业在白羽肉鸡育种方面获得重 大突破,国内自繁量也开始稳步上升。圣农发展经过十余年白羽鸡育种工 作,成功培育具有自主知识产权白羽肉鸡品种—圣泽901(SZ901),并 于2021 年末获得农业农村部批准,取得对外销售资格,“圣泽901”是我 国第一批具有自主知识产权的白羽鸡品种,目前父母代种鸡已经开始对外 销售。此外,广东省佛山市高明区新广农牧有限公司引入我国地方鸡素材, 培育出广明2 号白羽肉鸡;北京市华都峪口禽业有限责任公司、中国农业 大学和斯玛特(北京)食品有限公司也联合培育出“沃德188”。

猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS),又名蓝耳病,最早于1989 年在美国发 现,是当前影响力仅次于非洲猪瘟的第二大动物疫病。自1991 年传入 我国以来经历经典PRRS、高致病性PRRS 和多种毒株并存三个阶段。 目前,蓝耳病的防控主要有PRRS 减毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗两种方式, 2018 年,世界上第一款PRRS 基因工程嵌合疫苗(PC 株)研制成功。
