2021 年1 月11 日，农业农村部发布《关于DBN9501 等2 个转基因植物品种命名的公示》，其中，大北农的转基因玉米品种DBN9501 和转基因大豆品种DBN9004 获发转基因生物安全证书，公示期15 个工作日；此外，农业农村部同时发布《2020年农业转基因生物安全证书（生产应用）批准清单》，其中，大北农此前获批转基因生物安全证书的玉米品种DBN9936 和DBN9858 适宜范围新增黄淮海夏玉米区、南方玉米区、西南玉米区、西北玉米区。

根据涌益咨询数据，全国生猪均价自2020 年11 月15 日起持续上涨，于2021 年1 月5 日达到高点36.72 元/公斤后随着南方消费端走弱略有回调，截至1 月8 日全国生猪均价为36.10 元/公斤。当前南方腌腊高峰已过随之大猪需求减弱，养殖端压栏恐节前猪价回落倾向出栏者趋增，猪价短期或将承压，但预计春节前仍处高位。
