本报告依据“金蜜蜂中国企业社会责任报告评估体系2021”，对收集到的82家由国务院国资委监管的中央企业2021年发布的社会责任报告进行评估和分析，并提出针对性建议。研究发现，中央企业报告质量明显优于总体水平，利益相关方管理指标覆盖率有所下降，具有参考社会责任报告主流规则、加强回应资本市场社会责任信息披露要求、系统回顾“十三五”履责进程、积极回应时代热点等阶段性特征。

依据“金蜜蜂中国企业社会责任报告评估体系 2021”，本报告对收集到的22份由深圳市属国有企业发布的2020年度社会责任报告进行评估与分析，通过横向与全国报告平均水平进行对比，纵向与2019年度报告对比，总结并提炼出深圳市属国有企业社会责任报告的最新阶段性特征，并就报告的表现情况，提出针对性的编制建议。研究发现，深圳市属国有企业2020年度社会责任报告的质量水平总体较高，报告在完整性、可信性、可读性、绩效可比性、创新性和实质性六大方面的表现均优于全国平均水平。未来，深圳市属国有企业需进一步提升报告整体质量和水平，注重参考主流报告编制指南规范，加大责任绩效的披露力度，并对“节能减排”“责任供应链”“公平竞争”等逐渐被社会广泛关注的议题进行更加系统、全面的信息披露，以回应利益相关方关切，持续提升报告质量。
