    从色谱柱、溶剂、进样方式、定量方法等方面对白酒特征成分测定的影响进行分析和探讨.结果表明,色谱柱固定相对白酒特征成分出峰顺序有显著影响,选择不当将影响定量分析结果.溶剂可能使出峰顺序发生改变,影响定性的准确性,及引入干扰成分,引起定量误差.进样量及分流比主要影响色谱分离效果,从而引起定量误差.不同的定量方法可能对定量结果有较大影响.在分析过程中,要根据白酒的检测项目和目的,采用60%乙醇(色谱纯)水溶液为溶剂、选择合适的色谱柱、优化色谱条件、选择合适的定量方法,降低测定误差,提高分析结果的准确性.
