油价走势观点：截至2024.02.19，布油收83.24美元/桶，近三个月的油价进入上行通道主要原因是巴以冲突超预期的持续发酵，以色列总统拒绝哈马斯提出的暂时停火，商船持续在红海遭到导弹袭击，中东冲突有扩大趋势，原油风险溢价持续提升。中期看，24年美联储降息一方面将提振全球原油需求，另一方面，美元走弱将会带动大宗商品价格走强，24年原油供需差边际变化有限，原油在紧平衡格局下价格有望维持75-90美元/桶区间。
