  • 491.烧结烟气与焦化废水的治理研究

    There are large amount of ammonia in coking wastewater.It is a good recycling desulfurizer.Sintering flue gas has the characteristics,such as large amount of,low SO2 concentration,great changes of operation load.Treating sintering flue gas with coking wastewater can attain the destination of treating waste with waste.This paper adopts a spray tower countercurrent device,and SO2 concentration in the entrance and exit flue gas is on line detected by an automatic flue gas detection instrument.The paper studies on the change rule of SO2 concentration in the process of treating sintering flue gas using coking wastewater,and the influence of SO2 initial concentration in sintering flue gas to the desuifurization rate.The results show that after being treated the sintering flue gas can reach the emission standard for air pollutants of iron and steel industry.

    The proposal described in this chapter uses the Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm as an optimization method in which we want to dynamically adapt its parameters using fuzzy logic control systems, with the goal that the fuzzy system gives the optimal parameter of the DE algorithm to find better results, depending on the type of problems the DE is applied.

The objective of the task is to develop white papers on emerging and current topics of interest to the Office. Topics for white papers were primarily identified and prioritized based on internal listening sessions with Office of Operations personnel. This white paper presents various effects of climate change, and how those effects will impact transportation system management and operations. Also presented are presents various options for agencies to assess the vulnerabilities of transportation systems and proposed changes to make transportation operations more resilient to climate change.

    This paper presents existing train control systems in France and gives an overview of recent and future developments, including ERTMS and NExT. It describes how train control systems for mass transit and very busy suburban lines are converging, and how centralisation of control is strongly affecting operational management of main lines. It also gives up-to-date details of the evolution of the French railway system, with an emphasis on system integration, from different points of view-technical, organisational, customer service, infrastructure management, intermodality and sustainability. The intention is not to 'reinvent the wheel,' and some of the information on train control principles given here is derived from existing references, which are listed at the end.

    This chapter studies the control problems in grid integration of wind energy conversion systems. Sliding-mode control technique will be used to optimize the control of wind energy conversion systems. The maximum power point tracking control algorithms for variable-speed wind energy conversion systems are presented. The grid integration of wind energy conversion systems can be optimized in terms of power delivered to the grid and providing the voltage support ancillary service at the point of common coupling. The control objective for the grid integration of wind energy conversion systems is to keep the DC-link voltage in a desirable value and the input or output power factors staying unitary. The high-order terminal sliding-mode voltage and current regulators are designed, respectively, to control the DC-link voltage and the current rapidly and exactly. The numerical simulations will be carried out to evaluate the control schemes.

    This chapter proposes a distributed approach for the resolution of a multi-agent problem under collision and obstacle avoidance conditions. Using hyperplane arrangements and mixed integer programming, we provide an efficient description of the feasible region verifying the avoidance constraints. We exploit geometric properties of hyperplane arrangements and adapt this description to the distributed scheme in order to provide an efficient Model Predictive Control (MPC) solution. Furthermore, we prove constraint validation for a hierarchical ordering of the agents.

    This paper proposes a motion reproduction method for multi degree-of-freedom system. For storing and reproduction of haptic information, a motion-copying system was proposed. It is difficult to reproduce the saved motion when the environmental configuration in the motion-loading phase is different from that in the motion-saving phase. There are many methods to adapt variation of environmental configuration. In conventional method, however it is considered that the orthogonal axes are controlled independently, but in the tracing motion, there is a friction and interference between orthogonal axes. Thus, it is impossible to reproduce the saving motion when the coefficient of friction is varied. In this paper, modeling of friction in two degree-of-freedom system, and proposed a motion-loading system by using relationship of friction using two degree-of-freedom system. The proposed method reproduces the saving motion even if coefficient of friction is varied. To show the validity of the proposed method, experiments were conducted.

    In response to the Energy Independence and Security Act (Public Law 110-40, 2007), the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) conducted a national assessment of potential geologic storage resources for carbon dioxide (CO2). Storage of CO2 in subsurface saline formations is one important method to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and curb global climate change (Benson and Cook, 2005). The assessment methodology describes the probabilistic model developed to calculate potential storage resources in subsurface saline formations. This report documents both the methodology updates and the details of methodology implementation and is meant to supplement the Brennan and others (2010) methodology and the national assessment final reports. The final reports will include (1) an assessment results report with all output results, a description of the assessment, and analysis; (2) an assessment summary report; and (3) an assessment data report, which will include data inputs and outputs, assessment forms, resource allocations, and figures.

  • 500.自主车载网络中基于模糊逻辑的自适应决策支持

    The area of intelligent autonomous vehicles and systems poses new challenges in providing mechanisms for efficient communication and control between vehicles, as well as developing robust, adaptive techniques to support intelligent transportation system applications. In this chapter, we show the need for providing an intelligent controller offering decision support in autonomous vehicular networks in terms of broadcast communication channel access. Specifically, we exploit fuzzy logic control, derived from its reported strength of using linguistic information to control nonlinear systems, to build an adaptive, intelligent controller, based on the traffic density, to aid vehicles in deciding when to access the broadcast communication channel. It is demonstrated, by means of enriched simulative evaluation that the fuzzy logic-based controller offers inbuilt robustness with effective control of the system under dense conditions, in contrast with the conventional-IEEE 802.11p standard-solution we compared against.
