  • 4731.治疗前列腺癌的理论--雄激素剥夺和辐射的免疫反应

    Although the combination of radiation therapy and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is initially effective in many patients, biochemical failure rates of 20at 5-years to 50at 10-years have been reported, highlighting the need for improved treatments, particularly for men with high- risk prostate cancer. ADT in the neo-adjuvant setting is used to reduce tumor volume and improve the response to radiation. Additionally, ADT causes infiltration of lymphocytes into the prostate. B cell infiltrates may promote prostate cancer progression and development of castration resistant prostate cancer by the production of inflammatory cytokines and skewing CD4+ T cell responses towards Th2. We hypothesized that depletion of B cells at the time of castration would improve tumor control. Our results demonstrate that the depletion of B cells at the time of castration improves tumor latency.

    Therapeutic options for patients suffering from end-stage renal disease have improved tremendously over the last decades and can be divided into three categories: hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplantation. Transplantation remains the treatment of choice, however, lack of donor organs results in the necessity of performing -temporary-dialysis therapies of which hemodialysis is carried out in the majority of patients. To facilitate adequate hemodialysis therapy a reliable vascular access is mandatory and can be provided by either surgically connecting an artery with a vein (arteriovenous fistula), surgically connecting an artery with a vein using an interposition of prosthetic graft material (arterioven-ous graft) or a central venous catheter. This chapter shortly reviews the condition of end-stage renal disease after which history of vascular access, different options to create a vascular access, pre-operative work-up, surgical procedure, monitoring and usage, post-operative complications and the role of hemodynamics will be discussed. Finally, some future directions for vascular access creation and management will be identified.

    A REDOX flow battery as a large energy storage technology was reviewed in the paper. REDOX flow battery is a promising technology for the large scale of energy storage and can be expected as a new technology for energy storage device which can replace former secondary batteries. The recent research data and results concerning the REDOX flow battery technologies were summarized in the paper. Among many kinds of REDOX flow batteries the vanadium REDOX flow battery was mainly reviewed in this paper. The REDOX flow battery can be combined with the renewable energy systems, such as solar cell and wind power.

    In the picking robot binocular vision systems research, the camera calibration is often an indispensable step and these basements to locate the target of the object and rebuild the three-dimensional construction based on the robot stereo vision for the follow-up study. So, searching for a high accuracy and simple camera calibration algorithm is of great significance and necessary. However, For most of these camera calibration algorithms, it is necessary to establish a reference object, namely the target, in front of the camera at present, but posing the target is very not convenient or almost impossible in some cases. Therefore, a picking robot online calibration algorithm based on the vision scene was proposed by studying the work environment characteristics of the picking robot binocular vision system and the invariant projective geometry. The experimental results showed that this algorithm's calibration accuracy and precision good meets to the requirement of the robot binocular vision system camera calibration in the complex environment.

    An electrical vehicle environment was established to promote research and technology development in the area of high power energy management. The project incorporates a topology that permits parallel development of an alternative energy delivery system and an energy storage system. The objective of the project is to develop technologies, specifically power electronics, energy storage electronics and controls that provide efficient and effective energy management between electrically powered devices in alternative energy vehicles--plug-in electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, range extended vehicles, and hydrogen-based fuel cell vehicles. In order to meet the project objectives, the Vehicle Energy Management System (VEMS) was defined and subsystem requirements were obtained. Afterwards, power electronics, energy storage electronics and controls were designed. Finally, these subsystems were built, tested individually, and integrated into an electric vehicle system to evaluate and optimize the subsystems performance.

    This paper presents a two-dimensional movement and the one-dimensional rotating 3 DOF robot that can be used to pick up, delivery and place riveting column, thin axis (referred to as riveting column) and other parts, forming the assembly systems of riveting of sheet metal. In addition to the robot, the system also has moving table, clamp, a number of riveting column station and spin riveter etc. Moving table is equipped with the clamp, it can move in the X and Y directions, respectively. The clamp that fixed the sheet metal work-piece can move in Z-direction, which make it easy for assembling the riveting axis into the riveting holes on the work-piece. Robot can move along the Y axis and swing around the Z axis, make the nozzle that is in the end of manipulator move between riveting column stations and spin riveter, which pick up and place the riveting column. A number of riveting column station is used for store riveting column and sorting them. Spin riveter rotates while moving along the Z axis at the same time, by pressure and rotational force it completes the column riveting on sheet metal parts.

    The investigation and design of new classes of materials for energy and catalysis requires a multi-facetted approach to simulation. Multiple methods are needed to study materials on the length scale 0.1 nm - 10 nm. For simulations where the atomic (and electronic) degrees of freedom are relevant, the methods of choice in the surface science, condensed matter physics, and material science communities are classical molecular dynamics (CMD), Density Functional Theory (DFT), and quantum Monte Carlo (QMC).
