  • 2841.电磁齿轮传动系统控制性能的研究与实现

    This paper has set up the dynamic model of the electro-magnetic gear and deduced the transfer function which the input is electric current and the output is torque,and designed the neural network PID controller in the electro-magnetic gears control system according to the principle of the electro-magnetic gear transmission system,which has been simulated dynamically under MATLAB environment.The result shows that design method can adjust changes in real-time basis according to the input electric current,which improves the dynamic features greatly and achieves steady output of the system.

  • 2842.PD控制策略的设计和磁轴承的单自由度仿真

    Based on the analysis of the model of the Single-Degree-of-Freedom (SDF) magnetic bearing system,the issue of design and simulation of PD control strategy in the system is investigated.First,the plant model of the AMB (Active Magnetic Bearings) with Single-Degree-ofFreedom (SDF) is found out to be unstable plant.Then,based on the root locus theory and Routh stability criteria,the necessity of derivation action in the controller is analyzed.In addition,the PD control strategy for a particular plant is designed,the effectiveness of which is validated by the given simulation examples.The proposed approach can provide an important reference for the practical application of PD control strategy in the magnetic bearing system.

  • 2843.扰动力矩化学优化范式下的自主移动机器人的模糊跟踪控制器优化

    This paper addresses the tracking problem for the dynamic model of a unicycle mobile robot. A novel optimization method inspired on the chemical reactions is applied to solve this motion problem by integrating a kinematic and a torque controller based on fuzzy logic theory. Computer simulations are presented confirming that this optimization paradigm is able to outperform other optimization techniques applied to this particular robot application.

  • 2844.液压系统的建模和降级机器人工作设备的运动控制

    Based on the electro-hydraulic proportional system of a demolition robot working device,a simplified mathematical model was established by analyzing dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,flow equation,the continuity equation and force equilibrium equations,and the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller was designed to realize position control of working equipment.The simulations reveal that,compared with traditional PID,the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller has these advantages such as smaller overshoot,good dynamic response and steady state performance.

  • 2845.基于单神经元自适应PID和重复控制的电气负载力控制系统

    In view of the surplus torque and complexity of controlled plant in passive electrical load system,a novel approach based on single neuron PID adaptive control and repetitive control for repetitive periodic load control system is proposed.Radial basis function (RBF) neural network is used to identify the system on-line for the single neuron PID controller to adjust its weights and PID parameters by self-learning and self-adapting based on the desired output.The dynamic state performance can be improved by the single neuron adaptive PID control and the steady state performance is also improved by modified repetitive control.Computer simulation results show that the force/position hybrid control system can effectively reduce the surplus torque and improve the loading precision,and also it has fine dynamic and steady state performance and good robustness.The reliability of whole system is further improved.

    This report is a summary of our first year's work on the proposed research. During this period, our effort was focused on technological development for thermal ablation in mice. Our goal was to establish a small- animal MR-guided HIFU experimental system that enables simultaneous HIFU ablation and MR guidance. This goal was achieved and our experimental results demonstrated the basic function of the experimental system in in-vitro studies. We have laid the groundwork for the feasibility investigation of mouse tumor ablation in the second year. Based on the current progress, we will continue work on our technological improvement of MR-guided HIFU system for in-vivo studies. We believe this system will be ready for animal experiments after several further invitro studies in two or three months.

  • 2847.利用光能治疗乳腺癌

    Our objective is to exploit the wealth of physiological, metabolic, morphological and molecular sources of optical contrast to develop novel strategies that focus on two breast cancer applications: tumor margin assessment and prediction of response to neo-adjuvant therapy. The proposed aims of this grant are expected to result in three major contributions. The first has the most immediate impact. An optically based strategy that can quickly and non-destructively detect positive tumor margins will decrease the need for re-excision surgery and thereby decrease the local recurrence rate and rate of distant metastases in women electing BCS. Gaining insight into the physiological, metabolic, morphological and molecular sources of heterogeneity within and among tumors and how they are modulated by therapy, drug resistance and metastatic potential will directly benefit prognostication, prediction of outcome and planning of cancer therapies. With these tools, clinicians and clinical researchers can get a better understanding of this disease and how it might react to a drug. Basic science researchers could use it as an informed approach to study tumor biology and assay the effect of novel therapeutic agents in vivo.

  • 2849.提高限制创伤性脊髓损伤后出血性坏死的格列本脲的效率和有效性

    Preclinical work has demonstrated that glibenclamide administration improves outcomes in rat models of spinal cord injury, with the principal mechanism of action being amelioration of post-traumatic hemorrhagic necrosis (PHN). We hypothesize that some but not all patients with spinal cord injury, principally those with incomplete lesions, will respond to glibenclamide therapy. Our goal is identify early markers of injury that can be used to predict which patients may benefit from glibenclamide treatment. In this proposal, we will measure early biological markers of injury severity, specifically, serum biomarkers and T2 MRI findings obtained within hours of injury. We will subsequently correlate these early abnormalities with 6-month neurological examinations. During the first year of patient recruitment, we enrolled 6 patients. For the second year, the period 10/2011 through 10/2012, we enrolled 11 new patients. Five of the new patients have completed the entire 6 months study period. The remaining 6 patients are all scheduled for their 6 month final visit in January 2013.

  • 2850.用于NF2检测脑膜瘤的组合治疗方法

    The aim of our research is to find novel targeted therapy for NF2 patients to provide a new therapeutic option for meningiomas that includes the standard of care radiotherapy. During the first year if this project we have successfully selected four small molecule compounds that preferentially inhibit NF2 mutant meningioma cells in vitro. These are FDA approved drugs that are safe for human use. We validated these drugs by using human cell lines and tested their ability to synergize with radiation. We have optimized the use of a CT-guided conformal radiation that can be tested in a meningioma mouse model. The findings obtained during the first year of this research project will be valuable for second phase, in which we will be testing combinatorial approaches in a meningioma mouse model.
