    The paper focuses on the intelligent logistics pallet,networking,traceability information technology and unified logistics information system,and puts forward unified traceability information system of intelligent logistics pallet based on the Internet of things (IOT),displaying innovative system realization method and technical system.IOT intelligent logistic pallet traceability system is an integrated fusion application of RFID,GIS,GPS,computer telecommunication integration together with Intemet technology; in system design and implementation,TOT and RFID coupling mechanism,CTI and API interface programming are adopted for construction of three intelligent system service architecture of logistics pallet traceability system including application,business and physics; in the logistics pallet regular operation,reading and writing RFID equipments,labels and telecommunications network,Internet,and other unified information communication mode are fused into the intelligent logistics information system,so as to realize the intelligent logistics pallet identity identification and traceability function.The system test output results indicate that,intelligent logistics pallet unified information system is equipped with intelligent recognition,management and tracing function and business process reengineering capacity including production promotion,distribution,transport logistics and allocation.

  • 2452.利用强大的洋流进行船舶定线

    From the Surface Velocity Program (SVP) drifter current data, a detailed and complete track of strong ocean currents in the north-western Pacific is provided using the bin average method. The focus of this study is on the Kuroshio, the strong western boundary current of the North Pacific flowing northward along the east coast of Taiwan and then turning eastward off southern Japan. With its average flow speed of about 2 knots, the Kuroshio can significantly increase the ship s speed for a super-slow-steaming container ship travelling at speeds of 12 knots between the ports of Southeast Asia and Japan. By properly utilizing knowledge of strong ocean currents to follow the Kuroshio on the northbound runs and avoid it on the return trip, considerable fuel can be saved and the transit time can be reduced. In the future, the detailed Kuroshio saving-energy route could be built into electronic chart systems for all navigators and shipping routers.

    The theory,model and algorithm of three products heavy medium cyclone flow field were researched,and the heavy medium cyclone flow field was simulated.Through the researches,the numerical discrete algorithm of heavy medium cyclone flow field was deduced,the calculation algorithms of heavy medium cyclone flow field were given,the flow trace in three products heavy medium cyclone,and the separation rules and flow field characteristics of three products heavy medium cyclone were obtained.

  • 2456.能源部在厂训练(输入)模式促进工业部门的能源效率

    In-Plant Training (INPLT) is a new model for developing energy efficiency expertise within the US manufacturing companies participating in the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) Better Buildings, Better Plants Program. That program is a nationwide initiative to drive a 25reduction in industrial energy intensity in 10 years. INPLTs are designed to fill a niche by providing hands on training in a real world manufacturing plant environment. Through INPLTs, participants from multiple manufacturing plants, supply chains, utilities, and other external stakeholders learn how to conduct energy assessments, use energy analysis tools to analyze energy saving opportunities, develop energy management systems, and implement energy savings projects. Typical INPLT events are led by DOE-certified Energy Experts and range from 2-4 days. Topics discussed include: identification of cross-cutting or system specific opportunities; introduction to ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems; energy project implementation and replication. This model is flexible, and can be tailored to suit the needs of specific industries. The INPLTs are a significant departure from the traditional single plant energy assessment model (ESA Model) previously employed by DOE. INPLTs shift the focus from the concept of a single-plants energy profile to a broader focus on training and capacity building among multiple industrial participants. The objective is to enable trainees to identify, quantify, implement and replicate future energy saving projects without continued external assistance. The paper discusses lessons learned from the previous DOEs energy saving assessments (ESAs) and then discusses the INPLT model and highlights some of the initial outcomes from the successfully delivered INPLTs. Finally, the paper shows the overall impact of the INPLT Model in terms of numbers of plants/participants trained, impacted energy footprints, and potential replication of identified opportunities.

  • 2457.矢量控制系统的永磁同步电机技术研究

    According to the analysis of mathematical model for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in the d-q coordinate system,space vector width modulation(SVPWM) technology is introduced to the design of PMSM control system.The paper builds dual-closed loop control system of SVPWM for PMSM,and the outer loop is speed loop,the inner loop is current loop,at the same time,the paper builds the simulation models and makes simulation in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the SVPWM technology applied to the control system of PMSM is very successful,and the dynamic performance of control system is very good.So the application of SVPWM technology in PMSM provides a new thoughtful way for PMSM control system designing and debugging in actual application.

  • 2458.基于低碳的能源消费的粗略估计与甘肃省旅游CO2排放

    Low-carbon tourism is proposed as a new pattern to develop the global low-carbon economy, which goes with the tide in the global climate of change.Because tourism industry has a so close association with another industries that almost every link of tourism activities could be related to energy consumption and CO2 emission.So, energy conservation and emission reduction constitute an important part of developing low-carbon tourism.This article selects GanSu Province, the weak ecological environment, as the research object.In accordance with the documents research and mathematical statistics, and the "bottom-up" study method., we made an research on energy consumption and the CO2 emission of GanSu province from the tourism travel , tourism accommodation, and tourism activities, respectively.From the result, GanSu's tourism with low-carbon and energy-saving characteristics, accounting for 0.45% energy consumptions and 0.86% CO2 emission in that of the GanSu's tourism.It shows that tourism fits in with the requirements of low-carbon tourism development.However, one of the most important factor in the tourism energy consumption and the CO2 emission is the tourism transportation, accounting for 68.83% energy consumptions and 65.96% CO2 emission in that of tourism respectively, which should be focus on as the key link in low-carbon tourism development.

    The LED lamps replace traditional lamps is the direction of development domestic and abroad.It mainly introduced the LED lamp brightness control method from the aspect of software,then research and production of the LED efficient drive based on a IC chip digital boost constant current regulator,for the actual driving high power LED.It was realized 6 level control on the brightness of LED.The microcontroller controls D/A converter to make the output different voltage values through software programming,and then adjusts the DC/DC conversion circuit current size,finally implements LED brightness control.The experimental makes it possible to have the lamp with adjustable brightness,energy saving,achieve a wide range of voltage,current constant and So on.
