2431.基于物联网的数控监控系统的设计与实现

Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional CNC sensor network such as the difficult cable laying and long-distance communication signal attenuation,this paper designs the CNC monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology.The design reduces the power consumption of wireless sensor nodes and the packet loss rate of the sink node through hardware-software co-design.The Internet of Things protocol presented in this paper achieves the real-time communication between the CNC operating platform and the wireless sensor nodes.The experiment result shows that the CNC monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology can provide the temperature and vibration information for the CNC operating platform in time with the advantages of simple layout and reliable communication.

On the analysis of logistics information collecting techniques (including the Unified Information System,The Internet Of Things,Global System for Mobile Communication),the paper puts forward solutions and innovative ways to operate the system based on Unified Information System (UIS) in The Internet Of Things (IOT).GSM information collection,which is based on the UIS,has integrated the technologies of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID),GSM,and Computer Telecommunication Integration (CTI).With the unique characteristics of business processes of UIS and IOT,the systematic design has carried out the technical construction and interactive system design on the brandboard adjustment program of GSM information collection model,the anti-collision technique as well as Network Communication Program of GMS model controlled by AT command.This design has realized the exchange between the logistics information collection and processing and GSM network by the way of adopting the TC35i Single Chip Processor Control System,as a result,it has formed the distributed link for the logistics information system,and identified the feasibility of GSM information collecting system applied in this system.

2433.电力电子变换系统的节能设计原理分析

Power electronic transformation system is applied widely in industrial control and the application environment is complex.Big,small and medium-sized system power consumption improves continuously,so it is urgent to reduce the system energy consumption problems.This paper proposes a way to reduce the energy consumption of power electronic transformation system based on genetic algorithm.Work frequency regulation and working voltage measurement technology are used in industrial control system and the voltage and frequency produced by system power consumption are calculated.Genetic algorithm is used to calculate the optimal solution.And then achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption.Experimental results show that this control algorithm can effectively reduce the power consumption of power electronic transformation system in industrial control and has a good effect.

Four-wheel drive omni-directional mobile robots (FDOMRs) usually carry limited energy and have to accomplish their tasks before deadlines.Energy saving can be achieved in several ways,and one of that is determining a velocity trajectory.To find the minimum energy trajectory,a practical cost function is chosen as the total energy drawn from the batteries.However,the cost function is a free final time optimal control problem,which is usually complex and has no explicit solution.A normalized time variable is used to transform the original problern into a fixed final time optimal control problem,which is solved by using uniform control vector parameterization.Various simulations are performed and the consumed energy is compared to the normal control method that without minimum energy consumption control.Simulation results show that the energy saving is much more compared to the traditional control,the operational time of the FDOMR with given batteries is lengthened and the efficiency of battery is improved.

As efficiency gains are made in building lighting and HVAC systems, plug loads become a greater percentage of building energy use and must be addressed to meet energy goals. HVAC and lighting systems are targeted because they are typically the highest energy end uses, but plug load reduction and control should be considered as part of a comprehensive approach to energy reduction. In a minimally code compliant office building, plug loads typically account for 25of the total electrical load. In an ultra-efficient office building, plug loads are typically one of the last end uses to be considered for energy conservation and, as a result, can account for more than 50of the total electrical load (Lobato et. al, 2011). Plug load efficiency strategies are different than other building efficiency strategies because they involve relatively small loads distributed throughout a building. These loads typically move around in the building when office configuration changes are made, so these loads may shift between circuits over time. Commercially available advanced power strips (APS) can be used to mitigate wasted energy from most plug loads and, in many cases, can have a return-on-investment of approximately two years or less. In recent technology demonstrations, data from occupancy sensors tracking plug load reductions with occupancy have shown energy-saving potential for both business and nonbusiness hours. Also, dense panel-level sub-metering has been used to quantify whole-building receptacle circuit energy consumption, energy savings, and return on investment for the whole building. Receptacle-level metering has been used to show the plug load energy consumption of individual devices and workstations. This paper documents the process (and results) of applying advanced power strips with various control approaches.

The Energy Efficient Buildings Hub (EEBHub) uses Sankey diagrams to visually analyze energy use in the building of its headquarters, Building 101 (B101). This report describes B101 energy consumption and passive energy exchanges with the surrounding environment and through the building. For this initial Sankey diagram exercise, completed on January 31, 2013, the data/model integration was primarily performed by calibrating the EnergyPlus model to measured energy consumption data. The annual model is used as a starting point, while iterations of the EnergyPlus simulation provide results for January and July to demonstrate how energy use changes throughout the year. Annually, the Sankey diagram shows energy consumption from electricity and natural gas, as well as the end uses. The heating, cooling, and air handling are the largest sources of energy usage. Interior lighting and equipment are also considerable consumers of electricity. Seasonally, the trends of energy consumption are visually demonstrated by comparing January and June Sankey diagrams. As expected, winter requires heating via the boiler as the largest energy consumer, while much of the building heat is lost is to the exterior. The summer months have several sources of heat, both exterior and interior, to the building. Cooling is the largest consumer of electricity in July, followed by interior lighting and equipment, and the air handling. From these seasonal diagrams, it is easy to recognize the buildings interactions with its environment, and the strain that induces on its energy consumption. These visualizations help identify where equipment modifications (with better efficiencies) can reduce energy consumption. This report demonstrates the integration of multiple sources of data to output a broad picture of engineered and environmental fluxes of energy through the EEBHub. The outcomes of this project are to provide a building energy analysis on B101 that helps identify large sources of energy consumption, gaps in data, and provide opportunities to deploy energy saving technologies.

According to the analysis of mathematical model for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in the d-q coordinate system,space vector width modulation(SVPWM) technology is introduced to the design of PMSM control system.The paper builds dual-closed loop control system of SVPWM for PMSM,and the outer loop is speed loop,the inner loop is current loop,at the same time,the paper builds the simulation models and makes simulation in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the SVPWM technology applied to the control system of PMSM is very successful,and the dynamic performance of control system is very good.So the application of SVPWM technology in PMSM provides a new thoughtful way for PMSM control system designing and debugging in actual application.

The Internet of Things is a bearer network based on the Internet,the traditional telecommunications network,wireless self-organizing networks etc,so that all can be individually addressable ordinary physical objects to achieve the interconnection network.The Internet of Things is evolved from the wireless sensor network,which has limited resource in energy,memory,calculation,bandwidth and etc,.In addition,many applications in the lnternet of Things are related to user privacy.In the process of data collection and transmission,the data may be forged,tampered,and a variety of other information security threats.In order to extend the network lifetime,to protect the authenticity and reliability of data fusion,this paper presents a reputation model of data fusion algorithm.The algorithm is verified by simulation,the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and the result of data aggregation is reliable.
