Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which affects 1.3 million adult Americans, is an autoimmune disease that involves inflammation of the synovium (a thin layer of tissue lining a joint space) with progressive erosion of bone leading in most cases to misalignment of the joint, loss of function, and disability. The disease tends to affect the small joints of the hands and feet in a symmetric pattern, but other joint patterns are often seen. The diagnosis is based primarily on the clinical history and physical examination with support from selected laboratory tests. Treatment of patients with RA aims to control pain and inflammation and, ultimately, the goal is remission or at least low disease activity for all patients. Available therapies for RA include corticosteroids, oral disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs or DMARDs (hydroxychloroquine, leflunomide, methotrexate (MTX), and sulfasalazine), and biologic DMARDs (five anti-tumor necrosis factor drugs (anti-TNF): adalimumab, certolizumab, etanercept, golimumab, infliximab; and others including abatacept, anakinra, rituximab, and tocilizumab).

2304.基于倒立摆模型的乐高NXT的两轮自平衡机器人设计

Two-wheeled self-balanced robot based on the inverted pendulum model belongs to the category of the wheeled robots and it shares many characters with inverted pendulum,which are nonlinear,strong coupling,multi-variable and parameter uncertainty.Because there are many methods to keep this unstable robot self-balanced,this kind of robot has become an ideal platform to verify various kinds of control theories.In this paper,the two-wheeled robot is built on LEGO NXT set and depends on the sensors like gyro,angle transducer to keep upright.The mathematic and kinetic model of the robot is established according to the Lagrangian Dynamics and state-space equation of the whole system is presented.At last,a kind of state feedback control with the state observer is set up to make the system closed and stable.

Computer Assisted Therapy is an applied and research field that has been rapidly evolving hand in hand with the advances of technology. In particular, the mass adoption of the internet and computers as tools to support several types of approaches has shown good results for a wide assortment of issues [1]. These technologies, primarily used to support therapists and clinicians while managing their records, accessing local or remote information [1][2], have more recently, and most importantly, been growingly used to serve patients as well, either independently or as a support for cooperation between patient and therapists. Amongst the existing examples, one can find simple registration (e.g., amount of cigarettes per day) diaries, short text-based tests or basic procedures and guidelines [3] or more advanced systems offering some support for personalization within the used tools [4] and data exchange between actors. However, traditionally, the majority of these tools requires some computer usage skills from both actors and is usually destined to adults or young adults. For teenagers and, most importantly, for children, who are also frequently in need of support and therapeutic aid, the number of existing tools is very low [5]. Requirements for applications directed toward children are significantly different from those that are oriented toward adults [6] and, in a vast majority of situations, adult oriented applications are not adequate to younger patients. This book chapter addresses the specific needs and requirements that technology must abide to when used in support of therapy for children and teenagers, focusing mainly on Cognitive Behavioral Approaches for the treatment of internalizing disorders like depression, anxiety, social withdrawal, and somatic or physical problems [7] .It provides an overview of existing approaches and systems and describes in detail two existing systems that aim at offering therapists, and their patients, tailored tools for the support of individual and group approaches for these disorders.

2307.基于NSCT和ICA变化检测的多时相遥感影像

In order to improve the accuracy and computational efficiency of change detection of multi-temporal remote sensing images,a change detection algorithm based on nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) and independent component analysis (ICA) is proposed.The flexibility of NSCT in image decomposition and the effectiveness of ICA in image separation are used comprehensively.Firstly,multi-scale decomposition of remote sensing images is performed by NSCT.Then the decomposed low-frequency components and high-frequency components form into partitioned vectors.ICA is carried out for the partitioned vectors and separates mutual independent components.Next the separated components are transformed into image components which include the change image.Finally,change detection result is achieved by threshold segmentation and filtering of the change image.The experimental results show that,compared with the algorithm based on ICA,the algorithm based on wavelet transform and ICA,the proposed algorithm separates change information more effectively and reduces computational complexity.The obtained change image has higher accuracy and stronger robustness to the background.

2308.基于指数交叉熵和改进型PCNN的焊接缺陷图像分割

Aiming at welding defect image with complex background and low contrast,a segmentation method of welding defect image based on exponential cross entropy and improved pulse coupled neural network (PCNN) is proposed.Firstly,the area of weld is extracted by gray projection algorithm.Then,link weighted matrix and dynamic threshold function of PCNN are improved.Finally,the exponential cross entropy is calculated as criterion to determine the number of iteration for improved PCNN and get the optimal segmented image.The experimental results are given.Compared with the threshold segmentation method based on exponential cross entropy,the segmentation method based on PCNN and Shannon entropy,the proposed method can achieve better segmented results.

2309.基于PCNN模型和对称Tsallis交叉熵的织物疵点图像分割

Segmentation of defect images is an important step in the automatic fabric defect detection.In order to extract fabric defects effectively,a segmentation method of fabric defect images based on pulse coupled neural network (PCNN) model and symmetric Tsallis cross entropy is proposed.The image is segmented by PCNN according to the gray strength difference between fabric defect area and non-defect area.To guarantee that the grayscale inside the object and background is uniform after segmentation,symmetric Tsallis cross entropy is used as the image segmentation criterion to select the optimal threshold and iteration number.A large number of experimental results show that,compared with the related segmentation methods such as Otsu method,PCNN method,the method based on PCNN and cross entropy,the segmentation effect of the proposed method is the best.The texture of non-detect area is removed more completely,and the defect area is segmented more accurately.

2310.基于宽带的声传播模型对噪声干扰的效果的位置参数的影响

In a long time,the specialists in underwater acoustic countermeasure field were used to get an approximate evaluation of the transmission loss of noise signals by spreading loss equation of spherical wave,which led to results with a low accurateness.Based on normal mode theories and discrete Fourier transformation (DFT),derived the composition and process of the broadband acoustic propagation model.Then the transmission loss could be calculated via this propagation model,which could get a relatively more accurate result.The influence of three key positional parameters,the orientation,distance and depth of the noise-jammer were studied in this paper.The method and conclusions in this paper can provide a reliable foundation for tactical research on noise-jammers.
