This paper proposes a way to reduce the energy consumption of power electronic transformation system based on genetic algorithm.Work frequency regulation and working voltage measurement technology are used in industrial control system and the voltage and frequency produced by system power consumption are calculated.Genetic algorithm is used to calculate the optimal solution.And then achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption.Experimental results show that this control algorithm can effectively reduce the power consumption of power electronic transformation system in industrial control and has a good effect.

1552.随时间变化的传感器网络稀疏信号评估

In this chapter, we consider the problem of reconstructing time-varying sparse signals in a sensor network with limited communication resources. In each time interval, the fusion center transmits the predicted signal estimate and its corresponding error covariance to a selected subset of sensors. The selected sensors compute quantized innovations and transmit them to the fusion center. We consider the situation where the signal is sparse, i.e., a large fraction of its components is zero-valued. We discuss algorithms for signal estimation in the described scenario, analyze their complexity, and demonstrate their near-optimal performance even in the case where sensors transmit a single bit (i.e., the sign of innovation) to the fusion center.

Sensors have limited resources such as energy, computational power and bandwidth, and thus they require protocols and techniques that are resource aware and energy efficient. As energy waste through idle listening, retransmissions and overhearing are some of the primary causes of reduced lifetime in wireless sensor networks, sensor sleeping is critically important. Sleeping techniques prolong the network lifetime by placing components of the sensor node into a sleep mode while aiming to minimize the impact on application performance. Sensor sleeping can be applied to different layers of the protocol stack, and a cross-layer sleep manager can orchestrate sleeping in multiple layers simultaneously. In this chapter, the importance of sensor sleeping, the various sleeping techniques proposed and the applications using these approaches are discussed.

The luminous efficiency do make four impact factors confused such as existing of dissipated light,ability for transmission of lighting sources,distortion of visual effects and different values of power choosing during the luminous efficiency comparison under its current definition.In this paper,the equivalent luminous efficiency was introduced based on the discussion of these factors which maintains the form of current definition of luminous efficiency while it sets the equivalent coefficient to make test results comparable under different measurement conditions,so as to be clear when we compare and evaluate the properties of energy-saving and luminescence of luminaries.

The discussion presented previously enables formulating the most promising directions for the improvement of antibody-based sensors: 1. Increasing the antigen-binding capacity of the sensitive sensor surface attributed to the use alongside the full-size antibodies of their synthetic or recombinant fragments, oriented immobilization of antibodies or their fragments, and search for new surfaces and labels that ensure the most efficient generation and transfer of the detected signal. 2. Molecular antibody design: increasing its affinity, specificity regulation, and reaching higher stability under the sensor operation conditions, including regeneration cycles. 3. Search for new solutions enabling the combination of high immu-nosensor sensitivity with kinetic mode, as well as for new signal amplification systems (both for direct immunosensors and the immunosensors using the labeled compounds). At present, in spite of great many research works in the sphere of the bio-and immunosensors, their range as commercially available products is not so broad. Today's biosensor market, in general, is formed by quite a limited product list. Approximately 50% of the sales volume is accounted for the glucose sensors, which jointly with the assay systems for blood-solved gases and blood electrolytes content make 90% of the world market. Although the immunosensors are in demand for important practical tasks and despite the evident success of the R&D developments to achieve a high sensitivity, rapidity, miniaturization, and a higher performance, immunosensor integration with the common practices is changing very slowly.

Isochronal synchronization (IS) is amongst the most intriguing collective behaviors observed in coupled chaotic oscillators and networks. The oscillators' dynamics behave identically in time, despite time-delays in the coupling signals among them. Such a phenomenon has attracted the attention of researchers due to its potential applications in chaos-based communication schemes [26,27]. In this context, a major advantage of isochronal synchronization is the possibility of handling simultaneous bidirectional transmission requiring as little as one chaotic oscillator at each end of the communication line [26]. Moreover, recent studies found that increased security in the negotiation of secret keys through public channels can be attained [16,24,27]. Thus, chaos-based communication using IS may provide increased efficiency and security as compared to other chaos-based schemes, yet maintaining a simple conceptual framework.

1557.介入放射学的基于CMOS图像传感器的剂量测定设备

Interventional radiologists and staff members, during all their professional activities, are frequently exposed to protracted and fractionated low doses of ionizing radiation. The authors present a novel approach to perform on line monitoring of the staff during their interventions by using a device based on an Active Pixel Sensor (APS). The performance of the sensor as an X-ray radiation detector has been evaluated with a proper experimental set-up: the number of photons and the generated charge have been assessed as dosimetric observables. The correlation of these observables with the dose measured by the passive dosimeters has been analyzed: a good linearity has been demonstrated and the response difference between pulsed and continuous operational modes is reduced to less than 10 %, marking a distinct improvement with respect to commercial Active Personal Dosimeters.

1558.基于KF/EKF加速度传感器的力控制性能比较

This paper proposes two types of force control system based on measurements of an acceleration sensor attached on the tip-position of a 3-link planar redundant manipulator. To estimate the acceleration with high accuracy, Kalman filter(KF) based on dynamic model of the manipulator and extended Kalman filter(EKF) based on kinematic model of that are introduced to each system. Furthermore, Disturbance Force Observer(DFOB) and Reaction Force Observer(RFOB) are also implemented in the force control system, and estimated acceleration information by KF/EKF is directly utilized in those observers. Experiments are conducted to examine the characteristics of estimation performance and compare the force control performance based on each of KF and EKF.

The building energy consumption simulation software DeST is used to analyze the effects of fixed shading over external window on energy consumption and efficiency, on the base of a residential building in Shanghai.The simulation results show that the fixed shading over south window has little effect on the overall energy saving of residential building.For east and west external window, if window area is not very large and its shading performance is better, the effect of fixed shading installation on energy saving is not obvious.On the contrary, if its area is large and its shading performance is ordinary, the effect is remarkable.Furthermore, when room ventilation capacity is poor, the effect of energy saving by fixed shading installation is more prominent.

This research examined the energy savings potential of improving the thermal properties of expeditionary shelters, and then evaluated these measures using a fully burdened cost savings technique. Geographic Information Systems, Radiant Time Series cooling load analysis, and fully burdened concepts were applied to develop a model that analyzes the economic effectiveness of various shelter improvements in any climate and location in the world. Specifically, solar flies developed through Solar Integrated Power Shelter System (SIPSS) program for installation on fabric shelters were examined. The model was validated against test data provided by the SIPSS program, and then it was applied to two case studies. Results indicated that the energy savings in transportation associated with point-of-use energy reduction initiatives can represent a substantial portion of the overall fuels savings, which validates the idea that cost savings should be evaluated on a fully-burdened basis.
