431.ADR扩链对PLA/PC共混物结构与性能的影响

以环氧扩链剂ADR-4368CS为增容剂,采用熔融共混制备了不同质量配比的聚乳酸/聚碳酸酯(PLA/PC)共混物,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、核磁共振仪(NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)以及拉伸和冲击测试等,分析了ADR对PLA/PC共混物的流变性能、相形态、热性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,PLA/PC中加入ADR能有效提高共混物界面黏结力,促进了共聚物的生成,相容性得到改善,且共混物黏度提高;SEM显示,ADR的加入使PC分散相尺寸减小,PC分布均匀;DSC测得加入ADR后,体系中PLA分子链运动更加困难,结晶能力降低。材料韧性明显改善,尤其对于B50,断裂伸长率与冲击强度分别为163.9%和72.9 J/m。

439.UV-791对PA6抗紫外光老化和热氧稳定性的影响

在己内酰胺水解开环聚合过程中加入一定量的光稳定剂(UV-791),合成改性聚己内酰胺(PA6)树脂。研究了UV-791对PA6光稳定性、热氧稳定性、末端氨基含量的影响。结果表明,UV-791的加入能明显提高PA6的耐紫外光及热氧稳定性,空气氛围下的起始分解温度提升26℃左右;在185℃空气氛围下老化30 min,改性PA6相对黏度下降百分比极低(UV-791含量0.2%时,相对黏度仅下降了1.3%),热氧稳定性明显得到改善。同时,加入量为0.05%时,端氨基含量提高了7.4 mmol/kg。而UV-791对PA6的熔融温度与结晶温度影响不大。

440.相容剂对硅橡胶/TPU动态硫化热塑性弹性体性能的影响

以热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)和有机硅橡胶(SIR)为基体,加入不同相容剂通过Hakke密炼机采用动态硫化的方法制备了热塑性弹性体(TPV),研究了不同相容剂对弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,KH550在TPV中相容性较好,并且当KH550乙醇溶液的质量分数为20%分散较好,力学性能优异;当基体树脂预热后加入KH550的加料顺序最优;当KH550含量为0.4 phr时拉伸强度较好且黏度最大;随着KH550含量的增加,弹性体熔体质量流动速率和压缩永久变形都逐渐降低。
