425.UV-791对PA6抗紫外光老化和热氧稳定性的影响

在己内酰胺水解开环聚合过程中加入一定量的光稳定剂(UV-791),合成改性聚己内酰胺(PA6)树脂。研究了UV-791对PA6光稳定性、热氧稳定性、末端氨基含量的影响。结果表明,UV-791的加入能明显提高PA6的耐紫外光及热氧稳定性,空气氛围下的起始分解温度提升26℃左右;在185℃空气氛围下老化30 min,改性PA6相对黏度下降百分比极低(UV-791含量0.2%时,相对黏度仅下降了1.3%),热氧稳定性明显得到改善。同时,加入量为0.05%时,端氨基含量提高了7.4 mmol/kg。而UV-791对PA6的熔融温度与结晶温度影响不大。

426.相容剂对硅橡胶/TPU动态硫化热塑性弹性体性能的影响

以热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)和有机硅橡胶(SIR)为基体,加入不同相容剂通过Hakke密炼机采用动态硫化的方法制备了热塑性弹性体(TPV),研究了不同相容剂对弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,KH550在TPV中相容性较好,并且当KH550乙醇溶液的质量分数为20%分散较好,力学性能优异;当基体树脂预热后加入KH550的加料顺序最优;当KH550含量为0.4 phr时拉伸强度较好且黏度最大;随着KH550含量的增加,弹性体熔体质量流动速率和压缩永久变形都逐渐降低。

427.基于分区独立温度控制的IMD膜片加热均匀性研究

在通过研究红外辐射加热理论,并结合实验建立红外辐射加热仿真模型的基础上,运用Matlab对模内装饰技术(IMD)膜片温度场分布进行仿真分析,研究了加热板的温度及其与膜片间的高度、加热时间及加热板面积大小对膜片温度场分布的影响。通过分析恒温加热板加热下膜片温度场分布的状况,提出对加热板实施分区独立温度控制,从而改善膜片加热温度的均匀性,扩大其有效成型区域。

428.RDP对SEBS/IFR共混体系性能的影响

向苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)共混体系中加入间苯二酚双(二苯基)磷酸酯(RDP),通过扫描电镜、热失重分析仪和万能材料试验机等研究了RDP对SEBS/IFR共混体系相容性以及阻燃效率与力学性能的影响。当加入2%的RDP时,由于体系可能产生弱氢键,拉伸强度由6.665 MPa提高至6.773 MPa,但随着RDP含量的增加,体系的拉伸强度会明显下降,这主要由于RDP对于体系中SEBS的增塑作用。高压毛细管测试结果表明,当RDP含量大于6%时,体系黏度下降十分明显,利于体系加工流动性。随着RDP的加入,SEBS/IFR共混体系的热分解温度由最初的239℃提高至255℃并且趋于稳定,残炭率由13.28%提高至19.89%。扫描电镜测试结果显示,RDP可以通过"包覆"阻燃剂颗粒提高SEBS/IFR共混体系的相容性。

429.Cam转子密炼机混沌混合特性影响因素分析

建立了Cam转子密炼机二维流动有限元模型,采用网格重叠技术,对密炼机瞬态混炼流场进行了数值模拟。在此基础上,结合Poincaré截面、平均对数线拉伸、Lyapunov指数等参数对混沌混合进行定性及定量表征;研究了转子中心距、初始相位角及转速等因素对Cam转子密炼机流体混沌混合强度的影响。结果表明,转子中心距、初始相位角及转速等因素直接影响混炼流场的混沌混合强度;增大转子中心距、改变初始相位角、提高转速等方法可强化混炼过程的混沌混合,提高流体的混合效率。

430.基于CAE技术的眼镜支架注塑模的模具设计及成型分析

分析了带有嵌件的眼镜支架的结构及成型工艺特点,设计了对应的注塑模模具,并利用CAE技术的塑料注射成型软件Moldflow对制件进行了预成型。制件注射过程中气穴较少、纤维取向内外层基本一致,制件性能稳定;缩痕指数表明制件的冷却相对均衡、残余应力较小。综合分析结果表明,塑件成型质量较好,一模四件的对称性分布模具结构简单合理,可行性好。
