  • 401.聚甲醛/弹性体/纳米碳酸钙复合材料的制备及性能研究

    采用双螺杆熔融共混的方法,以4种不同的混合顺序,制备了聚甲醛/热塑性聚氨酯弹性体/纳米碳酸钙(POM/TPU/nano-CaCO3)复合材料。通过力学性能测试、偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、熔体流动速率仪和扫描电子显微镜,考察了nano-CaCO3的用量对POM/TPU(90/10)复合材料力学性能的影响,并探讨了共混方式对复合材料力学性能及微观结构形态的影响。结果表明,4%的nano-CaCO3与TPU预先混合制成母粒再与POM共混得到的复合材料中POM晶粒发生明显细化,缺口冲击强度高达12.5kJ/m2,冲击性能较为优异。

  • 409.聚乳酸吹膜过程中传热系数的研究

    通过Fluke热像仪采集聚乳酸(PLA)在挤出吹膜过程中的温度场,研究冷却风风量(Q_v)及吹胀比对PLA吹膜过程中对流-辐射联合传热系数(h)的影响,同时对传热系数在低Q_v下和高Q_v下随高度的变化进行了拟合。结果表明,随着Q_v增大,温度下降速率增大;低Q_v下(Q_v=0,0.66 L/s),随着Q_v增大,h变化不明显;高Q_v下(Q_v=1.32、2.00 L/s),随着Q_v增大,在距口模出口高度(Z)为0~0.03 m内h增大明显;随着吹胀比的增大,温度下降速率增大,在口模位置处h增大明显;在不同Q_v下,h可近似表示为高度Z的函数。

  • 410.热处理条件对聚丙烯流延基膜取向片晶结构及拉伸成孔性的影响

    以温度、时间和基膜受到的张应力作为热处理条件变量,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子材料试验机和透气率测试仪等方法表征流延基膜的取向片晶结构参数和微孔膜的孔结构,考察热处理条件对聚丙烯流延基膜取向片晶结构和拉伸成孔性的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度从120℃提高到145℃,基膜的取向片晶结构得到改善,弹性回复性增强,拉伸成孔性能变好;随着热处理时间延长,基膜的结晶度、片晶厚度及取向程度不断提高,取向片晶结构趋于完善,当热处理时间达到30 min后,取向片晶结构的完善程度接近稳定;在热处理过程中对基膜施加适当张力可以提高基膜的片晶取向程度和弹性回复,改善其拉伸成孔性。
