401.六苯氧基环三磷腈的合成及其在丙烯酸树脂中的阻燃应用

以六氯环三磷腈(HCCP)、苯酚、氢化钠为原料,碳酸钾为催化剂,丙酮为溶剂,在氮气保护下合成了六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCP)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁氢谱、核磁碳谱、核磁磷谱、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析技术对产物进行了表征。将HPCP作为阻燃剂添加到丙烯酸树脂中,测试了不同添加量HPCP的丙烯酸树脂的阻燃性和热稳定性。结果表明,当HPCP的添加量为20%时,丙烯酸树脂的垂直燃烧可达UL 94 V-0级,极限氧指数从17.5%增加到32.2%,空气中700℃时残留质量提高至18.95%,平均热释放速率和总热释放量分别降低至43 kW/m~2和37 MJ/m~2。

402.无毒环保型增塑剂对聚氯乙烯性能的影响

选用了邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)、乙酰柠檬酸三辛酯(ATOC)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)、偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)及新型植物基增塑剂ID-37制备了增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC),对添加53份增塑剂的PVC的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度、180℃热稳定性等进行表征。结果表明,180℃时静态热稳定性DOTP与TOTM最优,DOP与ID37次之,ATBC与ATOC相当;增塑剂对力学性能影响较小,对硬度影响较大,其中DOTP与TCTM所增塑PVC的肖氏硬度(A)比其余4种增塑剂增塑PVC高约5度;TOTM及ATBC增塑PVC的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)相对较高,约为-22℃,其余4种较为接近,约为-25℃。

403.纳米材料改性聚酰亚胺研究进展

介绍了纳米Al2O3、纳米SiO2、纳米TiO2、纳米MgO、纳米ZnO、纳米BaTiOO3、倍半硅氧烷(POSS)、石墨烯和碳纳米管改性聚酰亚胺(PI)的研究进展,综述了各种纳米粒子的改性效果,其中纳米Al2O3、纳米SiO2、纳米TiO2、纳米MgO、纳米ZnO、纳米BaTiO3对PI的改性研究主要集中在热性能、电学性能、力学性能等方面;石墨烯和碳纳米管改性PI具有优良的导电性;POSS使PI的抗氧化等性能有显著的改善。分析了偶联剂对改性薄膜性能的影响,并对今后纳米改性PI的发展趋势进行了展望。

Recycling plastic bottles refers to reusing the plastic content to reduce the amount of waste going into landfills by converting it into lower or same grade plastic bottles. These bottles are used in various sectors depending on their properties. Most plastics are semi-porous and absorb molecules of the food or beverage contained. The residue removal is tedious and any additional heating may damage the plastic. Most recycled bottles are used to make lower grade products. The bottles are hydrolyzed to a monomeric form and passed through a purification and repolymerization process to convert the bottles into food grade plastic. The plastic bottle recycle market is expected to grow at a steady rate during 2015-2019, fueled by growing demand for recycled plastic bottles and growing environmental concerns.

408.COC微流控芯片注塑成型微结构复制度研究

环烯烃共聚物(COC)材料具有比聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)更加优良的光学性能、尺寸稳定性与极低的吸水性。以具有微结构的塑件——微流控芯片为研究对象,利用单因素和正交试验研究COC材料注塑成型过程工艺参数对微结构复制度的影响规律并加以分析。结果表明:熔体温度对其微通道的复制度影响最大,是影响微通道复制不完全的主要因素;注射压力和模具温度次之;保压压力和注射速度的影响较小。

409.聚醚离子液体的合成及其对酚醛树脂的改性研究

采用开环聚合法合成聚环氧氯丙烷中间体,再分别与N-甲基咪唑与吡啶反应合成了聚醚咪唑型离子液体(PIIL)和聚醚吡啶型离子液体(PPIL),并用红外与核磁进行结构表征。然后将合成的两种聚醚离子液体分别与酚醛树脂预聚物共混,制备了改性酚醛树脂。采用DSC、FTIR、TGA和SEM分别测定改性酚醛树脂的固化温度、化学结构、热稳定性及表观形貌。结果表明,经聚醚离子液体改性后的酚醛树脂表面光滑,无孔洞,固化温度降低,但热稳定性有所下降,残炭量变小。

410.IMD膜片图案变形评测研究

针对模内装饰技术(IMD)膜片上图案的变形评测进行了研究,建立了图案变形评测的基本思路,构建了图案变形评测的主要参数组成。以一个ABAQUS的仿真模型为例,将评测参数数据以场输出的形式表现,并对其进行分析。对IMD膜片上图案的变形评测研究,能有效地用于产品表面质量的检测,准确地评测出该产品表面图案是否合格。
