372.紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯/二氧化硅杂化材料的合成与性能研究

以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)为有机组分,硅烷偶联剂KH-560改性硅溶胶为无机组分,用溶胶-凝胶法制备紫外光(UV)固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯/二氧化硅杂化材料。讨论了PUA预聚物、改性硅溶胶、复合光引发剂TPO和184的用量对UV固化杂化材料性能的影响。并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)及差热分析(TG-DTG)对UV固化涂膜的结构和性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明,当PUA低聚物的质量分数为50%、KH-560改性硅溶胶为15%、复合光引发剂为5%且TPO和184质量比为0.6时,杂化材料的性能最佳,其硬度达5H,附着力为0级,柔韧性为1 mm,在室温下15 d不黄变,在650 nm下透光率为90%以上,且成膜性和耐热性还较好。

373.基于卷积神经网络的注塑制品短射缺陷识别

以注塑制品的常见短射缺陷为研究对象,提出一种基于卷积神经网络算法的识别方法,克服了现有缺陷识别算法需手动提取特征、需要启发式方法的缺点。方法对传统卷积神经网络结构进行了大量改进,并优化网络参数,降低其算法消耗的时间。实验数据表明,网络对短射缺陷的识别率达到99.4%。另外,与BP神经网络进行比较研究,从实验中可以看出方法识别率明显优于BP神经网络,具有很好的应用前景。

374.激光改性对聚氨酯表面湿润性能影响的实验研究

采用脉冲激光(λ=1 064 nm,v=3 m/s,f=45 k Hz)对聚氨酯(PUR)表面的形貌和湿润性进行改性。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、三维视频显微镜、激光非接触式粗糙度测试仪研究了激光功率对PUR表面形貌的影响规律。结果表明,激光刻蚀后的PUR表面具有孔洞、凸起、沟槽的形貌特征,表面粗糙度增大;功率从1 W增大到7W的过程中,表面粗糙度逐渐增大;功率7~10 W变化时,表面粗糙度逐渐减小。采用SEM、光电子能谱仪(XPS)、SL200B型接触角测定仪探讨了激光改性对PUR表面湿润性的影响机理。结果表明,未经激光改性的PUR表面,水接触角为73°,表明此时PUR表面呈亲水性;激光改性后,水接触有所增大,当P=5 W时,接触角为94°,表明PUR表面已由亲水性变为疏水性,另外发现,随着激光功率的增加,接触角逐渐变大,当P=7 W时,水接触达到最大值123°,分析激光改性前后的PUR表面XPS图谱发现,改性后材料表面的碳氧比例(O/C)有所增加,表明含氧极性官能团增加,理论上更利于PUR表面的亲水性,但由于表面形貌的变化,材料表面仍呈疏水性,符合Cassie模型。所以,激光改性使得PUR表面湿润性发生变化主要是由其表面的形貌发生变化所引起的。
