  • 361.激光改性对聚氨酯表面湿润性能影响的实验研究

    采用脉冲激光(λ=1 064 nm,v=3 m/s,f=45 k Hz)对聚氨酯(PUR)表面的形貌和湿润性进行改性。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、三维视频显微镜、激光非接触式粗糙度测试仪研究了激光功率对PUR表面形貌的影响规律。结果表明,激光刻蚀后的PUR表面具有孔洞、凸起、沟槽的形貌特征,表面粗糙度增大;功率从1 W增大到7W的过程中,表面粗糙度逐渐增大;功率7~10 W变化时,表面粗糙度逐渐减小。采用SEM、光电子能谱仪(XPS)、SL200B型接触角测定仪探讨了激光改性对PUR表面湿润性的影响机理。结果表明,未经激光改性的PUR表面,水接触角为73°,表明此时PUR表面呈亲水性;激光改性后,水接触有所增大,当P=5 W时,接触角为94°,表明PUR表面已由亲水性变为疏水性,另外发现,随着激光功率的增加,接触角逐渐变大,当P=7 W时,水接触达到最大值123°,分析激光改性前后的PUR表面XPS图谱发现,改性后材料表面的碳氧比例(O/C)有所增加,表明含氧极性官能团增加,理论上更利于PUR表面的亲水性,但由于表面形貌的变化,材料表面仍呈疏水性,符合Cassie模型。所以,激光改性使得PUR表面湿润性发生变化主要是由其表面的形貌发生变化所引起的。

  • 368.三嗪三苯基次膦酸仲丁酯化合物的制备及其应用

    以三聚氯氰和苯基次膦酸二仲丁酯为原料合成了磷、氮协同阻燃剂2,4,6-三(O-仲丁基-苯基次膦酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪化合物,对各步反应进行了优化;用红外光谱、核磁等表征了产物的结构,并用极限氧指数方法测试了产物的阻燃性能等。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:三聚氯氰和苯基次膦酸二仲丁酯的摩尔比为1∶3.2,100℃持续反应5h,同时分馏出反应生成的2-氯丁烷,蒸馏出有机溶剂,重结晶得2,4,6-三(O-仲丁基-苯基次膦酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪,产率为89.4%;该产物阻燃聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)以及该产物和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)分别阻燃PBT的最高极限氧指数分别为21%、30%、26%,且融滴均较慢,成炭性均较好。

  • 369.PHBH/PLA共混物相容性研究

    采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备聚(3-羟基丁酸酯-3-羟基己酸酯)(PHBH)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物。通过电子万能试验机、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析及扫描电子显微镜等测定共混物的力学性能、热性能和热稳定性并观察其微观结构,研究了PHBH与PLA间的相容性。结果表明,PHBH与PLA共混后,综合力学性能得到改善,与PHBH相比,PHBH/PLA(80/20)共混物的断裂伸长率提高了38%,冲击强度提高了15.7%;PHBH和PLA的玻璃化转变温度呈现出相互靠近的趋势,两者表现出一定程度的相容性。

  • 370.全氟聚醚改性超高相对分子质量聚乙烯复合材料的性能研究

    通过添加全氟聚醚(PFPE)对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)进行改性,研究了PFPE含量对PEUHMW复合材料力学性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响,采用热重分析仪和差示扫描量热仪分析了复合材料的热性能,同时利用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合材料磨损表面形貌。结果表明,当PFPE添加量为3%(质量分数,下同)时,改性复合材料的摩擦因数、体积磨损相对未改性的分别降低20.8%、59.4%,摩擦磨损性能改善显著;改性后的复合材料其力学性能和热性能略有提升;未改性复合材料磨损机理主要表现为黏着磨损和塑性变形,改性复合材料则表现为疲劳磨损,伴有轻微的塑性变形。
