为按照新注册分类标准申报的上市申请。

COVID-19 是与SARS 和MERS 结构相似的冠状病毒，全基因组序列上与SARS 有79%左右的相似性，且感染路径形同，因此COVID-19 可借鉴之前SARS 和MERS的疫苗开发经验，在动物模型、抗原位点、佐剂等的选择上优化，并结合新的技术开发疫苗，优选出促进T 细胞免疫和中和抗体产生的疫苗，达到最优免疫效果。
