本报告通过对中医健康管理理论基础和理论内涵的讨论，进一步认识中医健康管理，提出现阶段中医健康管理的发展模式。通过对“互联网+”和医疗服务以及移动互联网健康医疗服务的分析，提出“互联网+”和中医健康管理数据库平台、中医健康咨询、精准中医健康管理、慢病中医健康管理、社区中医健康管理、“治未病”健康管理的发展思路。

互联网背景下，得益于学术与产业跷跷板式的互动发展模式，中医亚健康新学科在短短不到十年的时间里迅速成长，中医亚健康医师被列入新的职业分类大典。“互联网+”的模式使这一学科更好地为健康产业的有序发展做出贡献。

随着移动互联网的发展，中医药知识保护与发展在新时期面临新的机遇与挑战。对于中医名医临床经验和学术思想的传承与保护，以及中医临证处方的应用、开发与保护在移动互联网时代需要进一步完善顶层设计，建立适宜的服务平台与惠益分享机制，促进中医药知识的传承和发展。

本报告在介绍中药资源动态监测系统的基础上，描述移动互联网技术在中药行业及在中药资源动态监测系统中的应用现状，门户网站、手机App和微信公众平台是移动互联网技术在中药资源动态监测中应用最多的三个方面，实时信息技术、基于GIS的位置识别技术和无线访问技术是移动互联网技术在中药资源动态监测中应用的关键技术。文末结合移动互联网技术在中药材动态监测系统中的应用，对“互联网+”背景下中药资源动态监测系统的发展进行展望。

“互联网+医疗健康产业”迅速发展，百花齐放，初步成型，模式不一；《中医药法》的出台开启了“互联网+中医药”的新征程。因此，本报告探索性地加入地域性优势病种专科元素，并以岭南脾胃学说诊治优势病种为例，从政策红利角度分析建立名医工作室的可能性，建立基于岭南脾胃内科疾病诊治的“互联网+名医工作室”，探索一种新型的诊疗服务模式。

Chemical or bio-fogging has been prevalent in the market for decades and plays a crucial role in sanitation and disinfection. The progression made in chemical treatment has propelled the growth of fogging machines in the recent past as well. Further, advancements in biocidal technology have helped bypass the challenges and health hazards posed by traditional chemicals and disinfectants. The significance associated with the cleanliness of the business environment has been a major concern for facility managers, where the attention has mostly been on periodic cleaning and disinfection services. Facility managers are also enhancing their capabilities to make the workplace safe and healthy for people.

In the 1840s, the introduction of ether, a surgical anesthetic, made surgical procedures more common. Initially, general anesthesia was given through a device that covered the nose and mouth of the patient. The concern for aspiration of gastric content was not appreciated, and postoperative pneumonia became a common problem. Trendelenburg (1869) designed the first inflatable cuff, a thin rubber bag that was fitted over the end of a tracheostomy tube. It created a tight seal to prevent aspiration during anesthesia. As an alternate method for tracheostomy, Macewen (1880) suggested passing an oral tube into the trachea to relieve an obstruction. Later, anesthesiologist Franz Kuhn used metal tubes and preferred the oral route over tracheostomy and popularized orotracheal anesthesia.

Medication prescription is a formal communication method that physicians use to authorize a pharmacist to dispense prescription drugs or controlled substances to patients. For years, physicians have used hand-written prescriptions for communicating medication instructions to patients and documenting the drug requirements for pharmacists. Factors such as the rapidly expanding population and the growing need for health care services pose a significant challenge to the national healthcare systems worldwide. Also, the increasing use of medications to treat different ailments has resulted in a corresponding rise in the number of medication prescriptions and diversity in medication types.

Infectious diseases are the leading causes of morbidity and mortality. Healthcare facilities across the world are at significant risk of cross-contamination, which can lead to hospital-associated infections (HAIs) in patients. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that around four million patients acquire HAI annually, which leads to around 40,000 mortality cases in patients. However, several advancements in surface treating technologies can help reduce patient exposure to harmful microorganisms.
