2019年,新能源汽车产销分别完成124.2万辆和120.6万辆，同比分别下降2.3%和4.0%。其中，12月，新能源汽车产销分别完成14.9万辆和16.3 万辆，同比下降30.3%和27.4%。新能源汽车销量出现近十年来的首次负增长，主要是由于2019年新能源汽车补贴退坡幅度较大以及国五燃油车清理库存挤压了部分新能源汽车的消费空间。

12月，销量降幅继续收窄，汽车产销分别为268.3万辆和265.8万辆，产量同比增长8.1%，增幅较上月扩大4.3个百分点;销量同比下降0.1%，降幅较上月收窄3.5个百分点;新能源汽车产销分别完成14.9 万辆和16.3 万辆，同比分别下降30.4%和27.6%;汽车经销商库存预警指数继续位于警戒线之上，为59%。
