1-6 月，全国规模以上电厂发电量33645 亿千瓦时，同比下降1.4%，增速比上年同期回落4.7 个百分点。其中：全国规模以上电厂火电发电量24343 亿千瓦时，同比下降1.6%，增速比上年同期回落1.8 个百分点；水电发电量4769 亿千瓦时，同比下降7.3%，增速比上年同期回落19.1个百分点。1-6 月，全国发电设备累计平均利用小时1727 小时，比上年同期降低107 小时。1-6 月，全国基建新增发电生产能力3695 万千瓦，比上年同期少投产378 万千瓦。新增发电生产能力同比减少。

6 月 30 日，国家财政部网站发布“财政部关于印发《清洁能源发展专项资金管理暂行办法》的通知”，财建〔2020〕190 号文件。专项资金实施期限为 2020-2024 年。到期后按照规定程序申请延续。
