工业部门分行业月度跟踪：设备更新受益方向和上游有色实现量价齐升，关注非金属材料、医药、电力 设备等困境反转型行业供给出清机会

本周沪深 300 指数上涨 1.00%，公用事业指数上涨 0.15%，环保指数上涨 2.20%，周相对收益率分别为-0.85%和 1.20%。申万 31 个一级行业分类板块中，公用事业及环保涨幅处于第 14 和第 8 名。电力板块子板块中，火电上涨 0.95%；水电下跌 0.59%，新能源发电上涨 0.39%；水务板块上涨 0.14%；燃气板块下跌 0.86%。

1 月锂电池板块指数走势弱于沪深 300 指数。2025 年 1 月，锂电 池指数下跌 0.31%，新能源汽车指数上涨 3.75%，而同期沪深 300 指数下跌 0.09%，锂电池指数走势弱于沪深 300 指数。

2024年12月，中国发电量分地区排名中，排名靠前的有：内蒙古、广东和江苏，分别为781亿千瓦时、598亿千瓦时和547亿千瓦时，其中广东和江苏较去年同期有所较少，内蒙古有所增加；另一方面，西藏相对较低，仅为10亿千瓦时。 

2023年，全球天然气产量为3930亿立方米，同比增速为0.3%，较去年增加0.2个百分 点；全球天然气消费为3880.0亿立方米，同比增速为0%，较去年收窄0.4个百分点。从国 内角度看，2024年12月，中国天然气产量为218亿立方米，较上月增加11亿立方米，同比增速为4%，较上月增加1个百分点。

电力消费新旧动能切换，我国电力需求推演和能源资产启示 气温偏高和传统工业放缓背景下 4Q24 国内发用电量增长放缓，我们认为国 内电力需求正在经历新一轮的新旧动能切换：传统制造业在高质量发展要求 下供给侧逐步出清或将继续拖累用电增速；而 DeepSeek 为首的 AI 开源大 模型的成功，假以时日或将推动 AI 多模态训练、AI 智能体（机器人、智驾） 等场景对算力和电力需求非线性增加。综上，我们认为今年我国电力需求、 煤炭量价或前低后高，在 2026 年后新动能有望接替旧动能带动新一轮增长。
