    2014年1-7月份,电力行业整体运行良好,全国电力供需平衡。具体来看,电力、热力生产和供应业固定资产投资增速稳中趋缓,电网投资与上年同期基本持平,电源投资增速持续回落。全社会发电量增速放缓,电源结构继续优化,清洁能源发电量占比继续提升,火电发电量占比则继续下降。全社会用电量增速回落,但电力消费结构继续优化,第三产业和城乡居民生活用电量占全社会用电量的比重继续提高。此外,电力行业经营状况继续向好,利润总额继续较快增长。

    国家发展改革委8月18下发《关于完善抽水蓄能电站价格形成机制有关问题的通知》。 《通知》明确,在形成竞争性电力市场以前,对抽水蓄能电站实行两部制电价。其中,容量电价弥补固定成本及准许收益,并按无风险收益率(长期国债利率)加1-3个百分点的风险收益率确定收益,电量电价弥补抽发电损耗等变动成本;逐步对新投产抽水蓄能电站实行标杆容量电价;电站容量电价和损耗纳入当地省级电网运行费用统一核算,并作为销售电价调整因素统筹考虑。

    Power electronic transformation system is applied widely in industrial control and the application environment is complex.Big,small and medium-sized system power consumption improves continuously,so it is urgent to reduce the system energy consumption problems.This paper proposes a way to reduce the energy consumption of power electronic transformation system based on genetic algorithm.Work frequency regulation and working voltage measurement technology are used in industrial control system and the voltage and frequency produced by system power consumption are calculated.Genetic algorithm is used to calculate the optimal solution.And then achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption.Experimental results show that this control algorithm can effectively reduce the power consumption of power electronic transformation system in industrial control and has a good effect.

  • 14675.能源部在厂训练(输入)模式促进工业部门的能源效率

    In-Plant Training (INPLT) is a new model for developing energy efficiency expertise within the US manufacturing companies participating in the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) Better Buildings, Better Plants Program. That program is a nationwide initiative to drive a 25reduction in industrial energy intensity in 10 years. INPLTs are designed to fill a niche by providing hands on training in a real world manufacturing plant environment. Through INPLTs, participants from multiple manufacturing plants, supply chains, utilities, and other external stakeholders learn how to conduct energy assessments, use energy analysis tools to analyze energy saving opportunities, develop energy management systems, and implement energy savings projects. Typical INPLT events are led by DOE-certified Energy Experts and range from 2-4 days. Topics discussed include: identification of cross-cutting or system specific opportunities; introduction to ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems; energy project implementation and replication. This model is flexible, and can be tailored to suit the needs of specific industries. The INPLTs are a significant departure from the traditional single plant energy assessment model (ESA Model) previously employed by DOE. INPLTs shift the focus from the concept of a single-plants energy profile to a broader focus on training and capacity building among multiple industrial participants. The objective is to enable trainees to identify, quantify, implement and replicate future energy saving projects without continued external assistance. The paper discusses lessons learned from the previous DOEs energy saving assessments (ESAs) and then discusses the INPLT model and highlights some of the initial outcomes from the successfully delivered INPLTs. Finally, the paper shows the overall impact of the INPLT Model in terms of numbers of plants/participants trained, impacted energy footprints, and potential replication of identified opportunities.

    Biomass power generation is a source method of power generation through carbon-contained wastes of various human and natural activities. These wastes are derived from various sources, including the byproducts from the Timber industry, sugarcane crop, woody plants, agricultural residue, oil-rich algae, and the organic part of municipal and industrial wastes. Power generation through biomass is gaining popularity these days. Recovering energy from garbage has developed over the years from the simple incineration of waste in an uncontrolled environment to the controlled combustion of waste with energy recovery and ensuring that emissions are within the limits. Biomass is an ideal substitute for conventional fossil fuels for heating and power generation purposes. There are a number of technical options available to make use of a wide variety of biomass types as a renewable energy source. Conversio technologies may release the energy directly, in the form of heat or electricity, or may convert it to another form, such as liquid biofuel or combustible biogas.

    Wireless power transfer (WPT) is a convenient, safe, and autonomous means for electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle charging that has seen rapid growth in recent years for stationary applications. WPT does not require bulky contacts, plugs, and wires, is not affected by dirt or weather conditions, and is as efficient as conventional charging systems. This study summarizes some of the recent Sustainable Campus Initiative activities of Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in WPT charging of an on-campus vehicle (a Toyota Prius plug-in hybrid electric vehicle). Laboratory development of the WPT coils, high-frequency power inverter, and overall systems integration are discussed. Results cover the coil performance testing at different operating frequencies, airgaps, and misalignments. Some of the experimental results of insertion loss due to roadway surfacing materials in the air-gap are presented. Experimental lessons learned are also covered in this study.
