原油：OPEC技术会议就伊朗和伊拉克产量陷入僵局，同时俄罗斯仍拒绝对减产明确表态，10月OPEC产量继续创历史高位，这些利空因素令市场对限产悲观预期。供需面分析，从近期美国活跃钻井数量变化来看，美钻井数整体不断复苏，美国页岩油逐渐复产。美国原油产量逐渐增加及原油库存创纪录最大增幅令原油多头情绪大受挫伤，市场悲观情绪浓厚，不过近期美国大选不确定增加，美指涨势受阻对油价形成一定支撑。预计下周WTI原油期货均价在44～46元/桶之间浮动，布伦特原油期货均价在46～48美元/桶之间浮动。

我们认为原油价格短期震荡为主，中长期我们依然看多，未来合理油价在60美元/桶左右。目前以石油为代表的原料保持相对低位，同时国内外经济增速放缓，下游需求疲软，此背景下在此背景下我们推荐需求稳定的子行业和个股。我们认为日化及食品添加剂行业需求稳健增长，建议关注上海家化（600315.SH）和嘉化能源（600273.SH）。周期品方面，我们看好炼化、粘胶短纤、炭黑和PTA，建议关注中国石化（600028.SH）、中泰化学（002092.SZ）、黑猫股份（002068.SZ）和恒逸石化（000703.SZ）。

中观数据跟踪方面，相较于上周，重点变化在于：1、工业金属：房地产调控削弱需求；2、农产品：天然橡胶震荡上行； 3、焦煤库存开始上升；4、贵金属：短期或继续震荡回调；5、原油：多重因素压制油价上行空间；6、水泥止跌微涨。

本周塑料市场在原油成本面及下游需求的提振下，稍有所改善。临近月底，除中石油个别地区出厂价小幅上调外，石化企业多以稳报盘，贸易商随行高价出货。国庆长假将至，下游工厂备货现象稍有改善，但港口在最严运输管理规定和进口料高于国产料报价的影响下，港口库存小幅积累。目前华北地区LLDPE价格在8800-9000元/吨，华东地区 LLDPE 价格 8850-9250 元/吨，华南地区 LLDPE 价格在 9000-9450 元/吨。
