    A novel stabilization diagram method was presented for sensor placement in structural health monitoring of bridges. The aim of the method is to select the optimal locations which can achieve the best identification of modal frequencies and mode shapes. A single parents genetic algorithm was adopted to optimize the sensor locations from a set of coordinate positions. Five fitness functions taken as the objective function are proposed based on effective independence, modal assurance and modal energy criterion, in which the combined fitness functions can obtain more comprehensive properties to reduce the noise interference. The proposed method puts forward a universal way for sensor placement of the civil engineering structure. The effectiveness of the method was proved by a simply supported beam and a continuous beam bridge in the An Longquan interchange overpass.

  • 33002.在移动设备上使用方向传感器的非真实的渲染方法的研究

    As mobile devices have been rapidly spread up throughout the world, various services have been provided through mobile devices recently. Many services of them have been developed by using built-in sensors mounted on the mobile devices. Non-photorealistic rendering techniques have been also applied to mobile devices for the purpose of user friendliness or attractions. This paper proposes non-photorealistic rendering method using built-in orientation sensor of mobile devices. The method makes changes of non-photorealistic rendering effects in real time by adjustment of vector fields according as coordinate values from orientation sensor get changed on a mobile device. The proposed method renders pen sketch for a given photo image with direction and strength of line strokes which are applied by vector fields. The method executes rendering based on enhanced LIC filter to make pen sketch on a mobile device. Finally, this paper proves efficiency through the experimental results and shows usefulness of the proposed method.

    The Thermal Infrared Sensor (TIRS) is one of two instruments on the Landsat Data Continuity Mission (LDCM), which is scheduled to launch in February of 2013. The TIRS instrument was officially added to the mission later in the flow, which led to a highly aggressive schedule that became one of the main drivers during instrument development. The thermal subsystem design of the TIRS Sensor Unit is comprised of five thermal zones which range in temperature from less than 43 Kelvin to 330 Kelvin. Most zones are proportional heater controlled, and all are within a volume of 35 cu.ft. A two-stage cryocooler is used to cool the cold stage; including three QWIP detectors to less than 43 Kelvin, and cool the warm stage; to 105 Kelvin. The excess power dissipation from the cryocooler is rejected via ammonia transport heat pipes to a dedicated Cryocooler Radiator with embedded ammonia heat pipes. The cryogenic subsystem includes a series of shells used to radiatively and conductively isolate the cold stage from the warmer surroundings. The Optical System (telescope) is passively cooled to 180-190 Kelvin using a thermal link; (comprised of a Flexible Conductive Thermal Strap and an APG Bar) which couples the telescope stage to a dedicated radiator with embedded ethane heat pipes. The Scene Select Mechanism, which is responsible for moving the Scene Select Mirror to three distinct positions (including Nadir, Space, and On-board Black Body Calibrator pointing), runs nominally at 278 Kelvin and is thermally isolated from the cryogenic thermal zones. The On-board Black Body Calibrator requires a dedicated radiator which allows for a temperature range of 260-330 Kelvin at the Source. The detectors are powered by the FPE Box, which is mounted to the nadir external surface of the composite honeycomb structure. There are two additional electronics boxes which are wet-mounted directly to the spacecraft shear panel, the Main Electronics Box and Cryocooler Electronics Box; thermal control of these boxes is the responsibility of Orbital Sciences Corporation, the spacecraft developer. The TIRS thermal subsystem design was successfully verified during months of testing campaign, from component & subsystem level to two instrument-level thermal vacuum tests. The Instrument, despite an aggressive schedule, was delivered to the spacecraft vendor in February of 2012 and is currently undergoing the final stages of spacecraft environmental testing in preparation for launch.

  • 33009.无线传感器网络入侵检测的问题、挑战和方法

    Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have generated immense interest among researches for the last few years motivated by several theoretical and practical challenges. The increase in interest is mainly attributed to new applications designed with large scale networks consisting of devices capable of performing computations on the sensed data and finally processing the data for transmitting to remote locations. Providing security to WSNs plays a major role as these networks are generally deployed in inaccessible terrain and also for their communication being in the wireless domain. These reasons impose security mechanisms to be employed on the highly vulnerable sensor networks that are robust enough to handle attacks from adversaries. WSNs consist of nodes having limited resources and therefore classical security measures applicable in traditional networks cannot be applied here. So the need of the hour is using systems that lie within the boundary of the sensor nodes resource potential as well competent enough to handle attacks. Intrusion detection is one such defense used in sensor networks having the ability to detect unknown attacks and finding means to thwart them. Researches have found intrusion detection system (IDS) to be very much compatible in sensor networks. Therefore intrusion detection holds a very prominent research area for researchers. So familiarity with this promising research field will surely benefit the researchers. Keeping this in mind we survey the major topics of intrusion detection in WSNs. The survey work presents topics such as the architectural models used in the different approaches for intrusion detection, different intrusion detection techniques and highlights intrusion detection methods applicable for the different layers in sensor networks. The earlier achievements in intrusion detection in WSNs are also summarized along with more recent works and existing problems are discussed. We also give an insight into the possible directions for future work in intrusion detection involving different aspects in sensor networks.

  • 33010.对于无线传感器网络提出的一种改进的安全椭圆曲线签密密钥管理方案

    The concept of forward secrecy is extended to wireless sensor networks where it is frequent that nodes run out of energy and new nodes join the network. However it should not be able to retrieve the previous session key or some crucial information. In 2011 Hagras et al. proposed a key management scheme for heterogeneous wireless sensor networks, which satisfies confidentiality, authentication, integrity and unforgetability but lacks forward secrecy. In this paper, the shortcomings of the victim scheme has been extricated and repaired with the help of Elliptic Curve Discrete logarithm problem (ECDLP). An elliptic curve based signcryption key management scheme has been proposed which includes forward secrecy.
