2013年第二季度，我委通过突发公共卫生事件网络直报系统共收到全国食物中毒类突发公共卫生事件（以下简称食物中毒事件）报告38起，中毒1457人，其中死亡24人。与2012年同期相比，报告起数减少25.5%，中毒人数减少34.6%，死亡人数减少22.6%。

IT in the Healthcare sector is extremely useful to improve the quality and efficiency of services delivered. Though increased investments on IT systems will eventually lead to higher expenditure by patients due to the advanced technology used, healthcare providers still choose to increase their spending on IT. Both the Private and Public sectors are engaging in various projects that have increased the usage of IT in healthcare. Private companies are especially seen to be spending more on IT and this trend is forecast to continue in the coming years. Maintenance of standard record formats and financial incentives from governments and other international welfare organizations will further encourage investments in IT systems in the Healthcare sector. IT will help enhancing the delivery systems in the Healthcare sector and reduce the occurrence of errors.

Personalized medicine is a field of medicine that involves the modification of medical and diagnostic treatments to treat any patient, depending on the biological characteristics of the patient. Personalized medicine may be referred to as an extension of conventional methods of consideration and treatment of various diseases. Genetic information of the patient plays an important role in this field of the Healthcare industry. Moreover, the advantage of customization of healthcare treatments can be achieved via personalized medicines, drugs, services, and technologies. The Global Personalized Medicine Diagnostics market is expected to grow at a rapid pace during the period 2012-2016. The Americas generates the highest revenue in the Global Personalized Medicine Diagnostics market, and it is followed by the EMEA region. Although the APAC region currently holds the least market share, certain countries in the APAC region, such as Japan, India, and China offer significant growth opportunities. 分析基层医疗卫生机构基本药物集中招标采购政策实施效果。方法：以安徽省、河南省和重庆市为样本地区，采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法，从基本药物价格、质量和配送等方面进行改革前后和地区之间的比较分析。结果：改革后三省市基本药物中位价格比值和人均每日费用降低，以安徽省和河南省的价格降幅较为明显；大部分医务人员认为改革后药品质量得到提升，但安徽省药品质量满意度相对较低；基本药物配送率均较高，但存在地区差异。结论：“双信封”制在降低药品价格上有优势，重庆市组建采购联合体的做法有利于有资质的药品生产企业中标，但总体上兼顾质量和价格是完善评标机制的挑战；基本药物配送受货源提供及配送方式影响。建议：完善药品限价机制，合理确定招标方式，保证药品生产企业的供应能力，加强对基本药物配送方式的监管。
