36862.电商：引领未来十年的变革

为了深入探寻中国传统企业转型电商的需求、困惑以及实践方面的经验和教训，戴尔服务特意组织了此次行业调研。本调研从2013年4月正式启动，历时近半年时间。调查跨越受电商业务冲击最强、电商转型尝试最早的零售、制造和金融3个主要行业，针对其企业决策层与经营管理人员发放调查问卷，受访总人数达815人，其中企业决策人士（CEO、LOB、VP及以上）127人，占总被访人数的16%；CIO及相当级别人员495人，占60%；IT经理及相当级别人员193人，占24%。总体来说，大约有39.8%的企业经营决策层表示在未来5年内将考虑电商业务，另外有38.9%因为企业经营现状或发展时机，目前暂时没有发展电商业务规划，但是表示电商是其所处行业的发展大势所趋。

The Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) provides benefits compared to glass fiber. The best known POF is the step-index (SI) PMMA POF with a core diameter of 1 mm. It is simpler and less expensive than glass fibers. Large-core POF has greater flexibility and resilience to bending, shock, vibration, and it is easier in handling and connecting. The transmission windows of the POF are in the visible range. These advantages make POF very attractive for use in short-range communication and within in-building networks.

In this paper, we proposed research to boost reception performance in link-down transmission method of LTE system, which is the next-generation mobile communication technology standard underway in 3GPP. The paper found SC-FDMA to be better choice in RS when it is closer to BS and OFDMA to be a better choice in RS when the distance between BS and RS is farther. The system's reception performance improved when the most appropriate transmission method fitting the circumstances was used in the middle between BS and MS.

36866.衰落信道的多认知用户自适应副载波分配方法

An adaptive low-complexity suboptimal algorithm for subcarrier and power joint allocation is presented based on Rate Adaptive (RA) criterion,where adaptive subcarrier allocation is performed by assuming equal power distribution,while each subcarrier is assigned in accordance with subcarrier efficiency function.Moreover,linear water-filling algorithm for power allocation is applied within each subcarrier.Simulation results indicate that,with the proposed adaptive subcarrier allocation,spectral efficiency of multiple SUs is superior to traditional subcarrier power joint allocation algorithm.Low computational complexity and adaptive features make it available for implementation.

The technical features of RFID and sensor network,and inherits the RFID radio frequency signal characteristic of automatic target recognition,at the same time,the implementation of a wireless sensor network active perception and communication function.This paper analyzed the wireless sensor network integration of ZigBee and RFID technology; each node can be coordinated in real-time monitoring,sensing and collecting network of regional distribution of a variety of environmental or monitoring information.The paper puts forward the development of wireless sensor network based on ZigBee and RFID technology.Wireless sensor network is Zigbee and GSM is used for data communication based on sensor networks.

36868.航空通信中MQAM信号的识别

For the complex recognition of signals in the aeronautical communication,the recognition of the star-type MQAM signals is studied under the aeronautical channel.The different scenarios of the aeronautical channel are analyzed and the reasonable channel model is established.The high order cumulant recognition algorithm which applies to the aeronautical channel is proposed,the invariant classification characteristics of modulation signals are constructed by this algorithm,and this algorithm is improved by using the receive diversity technique.Simulation results show that this algorithm significantly improves the correct recognition rate of the received signals has the good anti-fading and anti-noise performance and meets the requirements of the modulation recognition of MQAM signals under the aeronautical channel.

A retrodirective antenna array (RDA) is capable of autonomously steering its radiation pattern toward the source of an interrogating signal, without having prior knowledge of the interrogator location. Integrating an RDA into a mobile platform, such as a nanosatellite, presents unique challenges due to the platform's restrictions in terms of size, weight, and power limitations. This project focused on developing novel RDA architectures that are directly suited for this resource-constrained platform. The three new RDA architectures that were developed during this research project are described. They are based on slope detection, null scanning, and a combination of power detection and null
scanning.
