据工业和信息化部统计,2014年1~2月,我国三家基础电信企业完成电信业务收入1853.2亿元,同比增长6.6%,比上年同期增速低1.6个百分点。实现电信业务总量2704.3亿元,同比增长15.3%。固定宽带接入用户净增326.3万户,达到1.92亿户,移动用户净增450.7万户,达到12.4亿户。

电信业务总量和业务收入增速明显趋缓。2月份,全国电信业务总量完成1293.1亿元,同比增长13.6%,比上月回落3.4个百分点;三家基础电信企业电信主营业务收入完成906.1亿元,同比增长4.1%,不足上月增速的一半。1-2月,全国电信业务总量累计完成2704.3亿元,同比增长15.3%;三家基础电信企业电信主营业务收入累计完成1853.2亿元,同比增长6.6%,比2013年同期回落2.6个百分点。移动话音业务收入、网间结算收入的负增长是拉低整体收入增速下滑的主要原因。

This paper proposes novel handover schemes for railroad communications. Railroad communication network configuration is explained in order to utilize favorable characteristics of railroad communications. In this paper, railroad handover zone is newly proposed for efficient handover and group handover is also proposed in order to reduce handover control overhead. With little modification, the proposed schemes can be applied to machine-to-machine vehicular communications where devices in a moving vehicle communicate with a server in the network.

In this paper, we proposed novel particle swarm optimization method based on IE3D is used to design a mobile communication Microstrip Patch Antenna. The aim of the thesis is to Design and fabricate an inset fed rectangular Microstrip Antenna and study the effect of antenna dimensions Length (L), Width (W) and substrate parameters relative Dielectric constant (εr), substrate thickness on Radiation parameters of Band width. When the antenna was designed, a dual-band, dual-polarized antenna was used to secure the bandwidth and improve performance, and a coaxial probe feeding method so that the phased array of antenna is easy.

This paper examines a flexible communication architecture approach for a vertical integration of production process-relevant data, i.e., for closing the gap between the business and technical levels. The approach enables the transfer of information in form of key performance indicators. The key performance indicators will support decision-making processes in the manufacturing companies. To prove the feasibility of the vertical integration approach a prototype is implemented and evaluated in the SmartFactory~(KL).

This article describes communication system designed and implemented on Silesian University of Technology based on experience acquired in previews projects. Communication system was designed for micro UAVs. First part of this work describes physical layer and second part describes software layer such as data encryption, establishing and maintaining connection. Proposed devices was tested on group of UAVs and acquired results are very promising.

1-2月,电子信息产业固定资产投资延续多个月以来的低增长态势,增速达近几年同期最低水平,其中光伏、信息材料等行业投资持续萎缩,计算机、电子元件等行业投资低迷。主要特点如下:1.投资继续保持低增长,新增固定资产增速放缓。2.新开工项目增速回升,电子器件、计算机和家用视听等行业投资开始活跃。3.电子器件、家用视听行业增势突出,光伏、计算机等领域持续趋于低迷。4.东部地区投资仍低迷,中西部地区投资增速放缓。5.内资企业投资增速放缓,外商投资复苏明显。

36860.基于中继的LTE上行系统中采用单载波频分多址性能的改善

In this paper, we proposed to install a relay between base station and terminal (or user equipment) in order to improve receiving performance of the downlink transfer mode of the Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, which is the next-generation mobile communication technology standard that has been proceeding in the 3rd General Partnership Project (3GPP). We conduct a paper to improve receiving performance having selected OFDMA and SC-FDMA, as the transfer mode of base station and relay based on the distance of the relay that has been installed and location of base station. The paper found SC-FDMA to be better choice in RS when it is closer to BS and OFDMA to be a better choice in RS when the distance between BS and RS is farther. The system's reception performance improved when the most appropriate transmission method fitting the circumstances was used in the middle between BS and MS.
