国土部 8 月 28 日发布公告，为增加租赁住房供应，缓解住房供需矛盾，构建购租并举的住房体系，建立健全房地产平稳健康发展长效机制，国土资源部会同住房城乡建设部根据地方自愿，确定第一批在 13 个城市开展利用集体建设用地建设租赁住房试点，试点城市包括北京、上海、沈阳、南京、杭州、合肥、厦门、郑州、武汉、广州、佛山、肇庆和成都。

为了研究如何利用“互联网+农业”推动智慧农业的发展，提出了基于“互联网+农业”的智慧农业平台，首先介绍了智慧农业平台的建设内容，随后对平台优势及相关意义进行了分析。研究表明，智慧农业平台能推动农业的现代化管理和农业产品向智能化、精细化和便捷化方向发展，提高农产品的销售运转效率，促进农产品销售的可持续发展

Coconut cream is a product which is similar to coconut milk but has less water content than coconut milk. The product can be diluted with water or used directly to make curries, sweets, desserts, puddings, and various other preparations. Coconut cream is used as an ingredient in bakery products and for flavoring food items. The fish eggs can be fresh or pasteurized.However, the pasteurized variety has lower economic as well as culinary value.Because of overfishing of sturgeon for caviar production, most species of the fish are becoming extinct and have been declared as endangered species or rated vulnerable in the IUCN Red List of endangered species. From 2006, there has been a ban on the trade of wild caviar. Owing to the ban imposed on the fishing of sturgeon, players in the market have resorted to aquaculture to develop sturgeon for caviar production. The players are also investing in developing new methods to extract caviar without killing the fish.

农业部、发改委、财政部日前联合印发《关于加快发展农业生产性服务业的指导意见》，要求力争通过 5 年时间，基本形成服务结构合理、专业水平较高、服务能力较强、服务行为规范、覆盖全产业链的农业生产性服务业。《意见》强调，发展农业生产性服务业要在 7 个关键领域发力。

日前，发改委印发了《农村产业融合发展专项债券发行指引》。所谓农村产业融合发展专项债券，是指以建立更加完善的农业产业链条、培育更加丰富的农村新产业新业态、打造更加高效的产业组织方式、构建更加紧密的利益联结机制为导向，募集资金用于农村产业融合发展项目的企业债券。根据《指引》，其支持的项目主要包括产城融合型、农业内部融合型、产业链延伸型、农业多功能拓展型、新技术渗透型和多业态复合型 6 大类。

周五玉米现货价 1,751.75 元/吨，较上周上涨 0.03%，同比跌 8.99%；大豆现货价 3,618.42 元/吨，与上周持平，同比跌 2.48%；豆粕现货价 2,870.61元/吨，较上周下跌 0.18%，同比跌 9.66%；小麦现货价 2,475.56 元/吨，较上周上涨 1.13%，同比涨 7.10%; NYBOT11 号原糖 13.77 美分/磅，较上周下跌 1.92%，同比跌 29.85%。 

由于环保、猪价下行及母猪胎龄结构偏老等因素，2016 年 1 月以来母猪淘汰呈现上升趋势：根据农业部数据及我们草根调研，2016 年下半年，母猪淘汰量同比上升 14.2%，2017 年上半年，样本数据能繁母猪淘汰数量同比上升接近 55%。
