Aiming at working out how to apply the brushless DC motor to the electric car,a control systemwas designed after a series of related researches.With the basic principles and methods of operating the brushless DC motor being studied,the sirmlation model of controlling the brushless DC rrotor was designed by MATLAB software,and the related parameters were analyzed and studied.The results showed that the brushless DC motor had good controllability,which made it suitable for the application to the electric car.

Fuzzy theory and multi-objective optimization technology were applied to design fuel injector pump plunger spring based on consideration on its force condition.The mathematical model for the multi-objective optimization design was built under the objective of the maximal fatigue safety coefficient,the minimal weight and height,with the design variable of wire diameter d,mean diameter D and working circle n.Then,the fuzzy solution of multi-objective optimization were use to solve the model.

We conducted a vehicle analysis to assess the feasibility of thermoelectric technology for waste heat recovery and conversion to useful electrical power and found that eliminating the 500 W of electrical power generated by the alternator corresponded to about a 7increase in fuel economy (FE) for a small car and about 6for a full size truck.We obtained critical vehicle level information for these driving cycles that enabled a highlevel design and performance analysis of radiator and exhaust gas thermoelectric subsystems for several potential vehicle platforms, and we identified the location and geometric envelopes of the radiator and exhaust gas thermoelectric subsystems.

52255.基于ANSYS的汽车后视镜振动模态分析和结构优化设计

In this paper,we use the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the vibration frequency and vibration modals of the car rear-view mirror under the condition of excitation sources.Based on this and the strength analysis results of the rear-view mirror,we make a optimal design of the rear-view mirror structure.We get five-order vibration modals in working condition and analysis the size of displacement and deformation,and dynamic characteristics.The results show that because of the low modal frequency,the car rear-view mirror is easily inspired by the engine,powertrain system and road to vibrate.

The ORNL MA3T model developed for the U.S. Department of Energy is described and used to project PHEV purchase probabilities by different consumers.It is observed that consumers who have home charging, drive more frequently and live in urban area are more likely to buy a PHEV. Early adopters are projected to be more likely PHEV buyers in the early market, but the PHEV purchase probability by the late majority consumer can increase over time when PHEV gradually becomes a familiar product.

The ionic conductive behavior of the electrolyte was analyzed on the basis of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test,and the interaction of working temperature,defect microstructure and ionic conductivity was investigated.Accordingly,the SDC displayed an ionic conductivity of 0.029 S cm-1 at 750 ℃.It was suggested that the nano-crystalline could shorten the transfer distance of the charge carriers.Furthermore,the structural change of the polycrystal boundaries with the temperature was a key factor which promoted the oxygen ionic conductivity.

The results of this testing program have been very promising, demonstrating the ability to achieve higher methane conversion than onventional methane steam reforming processes. In addition to the higher conversion efficiencies, the microwave reactor system used for the process is more easily scaled to lower gas production volumes than conventional reforming technologies. This makes the technology well suited to generate hydrogen from natural gas for hydrogen fuel cells in the 1 to 20-kW range.

In this paper,the sulfation failure mechanism on negative plates of lead-acid batteries and the pulse-repairing technology are analyzed,and an online automatic maintenance device based-on the Boost converter is designed.The test results show that by adjusting the hardware devices and programs the frequency and amplitude of charge-and-discharge pulses can be changed.And when the battery voltage is too low the device can generate sound and light alarm.The device meets the design requirements.
