11月，化工行业整体依然低迷，工业增加值增速同比继续下降。 1～11月，化工行业工业增加值同比增长10.5%，较上年同期降低1.7个百分点。同时，重点监控产品价格持续下跌，烧碱、尿素、电石月度平均价格环比分别下跌1.4%、1.3%、1.2%，同比分别下跌18.9%、6.5%、5.9%。2015年，主要化工下游行业总体运行将保持平稳，但下行压力依然较大，增速将小幅放缓。此外，受煤炭价格低迷、石油价格大幅下跌等因素影响，化工产品价格在很长一段时间内将保持较低水平。初步预计，行业累计工业增加值增速将处于9%～12%之间。
