4 月中国新能源汽车销量保持高增，欧美销量持续降速。2024 年 4 月我国新能源汽车销量 85 万辆，同比增长 33.5%，销量渗透率达 36%；新能源汽车出口 11.4 万辆，同比增长 13.3%。2024 年 1-4 月中国新能源汽车销量 294 万辆，同比增长 32.3%。4 月欧洲七国新能源乘用车销量合计为 15.4 万辆，同比增长 12.6%；渗透率为 19.8%；2024 年 1-4 月欧洲七国新能源乘用车销量达到 63.54 万辆，同比增长 5.9%。4 月美国新能源乘用车销量达到 12.65 万辆，同比增长 8.8%；2024 年 1-4 月美国新能源乘用车销量达到 47.66 万辆，同比增长 10.2%，新能源乘用车渗透率为 9.1%。

2023Q4，国家、地方、车企推出多种促销政策刺激终端消费，同时出口端需求强劲，推动乘用车销量创新高。进入 2024 年，1 月行业迎来开门红，2 月受春节假期短暂影响后，比亚迪等车企发起新一轮降价潮，尤其是 3 月冲击季度销量目标力度较大。同时，出口端在前 2 月环比下滑后，3 月强势反弹创新高。

4 月美国新能源汽车销量 12.7 万辆，同比+11.0%，环比-1.9%，渗透率 9.3%，环比+0.6pct。4 月美国插混销量增长趋缓，同比 +7.4%，相较 24Q1 销量同比增长率回落 37.6pct。美国 IRA 细则终版落地，对石墨、电解质盐、粘合剂、添加剂中关键矿物的 FEOC界定放宽 2 年至 2027 年，定义基膜和涂层属于电池材料而非电池组件，放宽对隔膜的限制；放宽对技术授权模式中“有 效控制权”的要求。预计美国 2024 年新能源车销量 170 万辆，同比+15%。
