The self-storage industry is a sub-sector of the commercial real estate market. The growth in this industry is expected to be positive, during the forecast period, due to the trends of increased urbanization and improved economic outlook, across regions, which have led to new business growth. Although self-storage facilities are widely available in mature market, such as the United States and western Europe, they still remain as a relatively new concept in Asian markets, such as China and India.  2019 年 8 月，房地产（申万）板块单月跌幅 6.72%，跑输所有指数，其中跑输上证综指 5.14pcts，跑输沪深 300 指数 5.78pcts。受行业政策收紧影响，房地产板块涨幅在 28 个一级行业中排名最后一位。子板块中，房地产开发板块单月跌幅 6.41%，园区开发板块单月跌幅 10.81%，园区开发板块跌幅较大，拖累指数。
