1710.消泡型添加剂对铝酸钠溶液种分分解的影响

研究了有机硅类表面活性剂4-[4-(三甲基硅甲基)苯基]丁酸与21烷烃复配的油溶性添加剂对铝酸钠溶液的消泡作用,考察了添加剂对种分分解率和产物Al(OH)3粒度的影响.结果表明,当添加剂中有机硅类表面活性剂的含量为5.5％(质量分数)时,相对空白试样,消泡剂可在不降低分解率的前提下,对铝酸钠溶液起到显著的消泡作用,且可使产品Al(OH)3粒径小于45 μm细粒子的含量降低3.14％,改善产品的粒度,其消泡效果显著优于国外同类产品.
