销售环比增速处于历史低位、终端需求疲软。8 月份全月狭义零售量同比减少9.95%,相比7 月降幅有扩大趋势。根据狭义批发与零售数据差值的推测经销商大约增加了5.97 万辆的库存,在需求未改善的局面下,经销商被动增库。从历史数据来看,7 月份是每年的销售低点,8 月份环比会有回升,但2019 年7 月和8 月环比增速是最弱,为9 年内的最低;短期终端需求疲软。

据中汽协统计,19 年8 月我国汽车销量约为195.8 万辆,同比下降6.9%,前8 月汽车销量1608.4 万辆,累计同比下降10.9%。8 月乘用车销量为165.3 万辆,同比下降7.7%,商用车销售30.5 万辆,同比下降2.8%,新能源汽车销售8.5 万辆,同比下降15.1%。

7 月份,新能源汽车产销同比年内首次出现下降。当月,新能源汽车产销分别完成 8.4 万辆和 8 万辆,比上年同期分别下降 6.9%和 4.7%。1~7 月,新能源汽车产销分别完成 70.1 万辆和 69.9万辆,比上年同期分别增长 39.1%和 40.9%,增速较上年同期分别放缓 45.9 个、56.2 个百分点。具体来看,纯电动车产销增速高于插电式混动车;新能源乘用车仍占据绝对比重,新能源商用车较为低迷。
