20543.CT腹部动脉图像序列的三维分割技术研究

As the role of medical imaging in clinical diagnoses and treatment has been more and more important,CT scan has been applied more widely.How to extract abdominal artery from CT image automatically and accurately has a significant value for abdominal artery disease.Because the medical image is of complexity and diversity,traditional segmentation method cannot complete the segmentation task very well.Therefore,this paper presents a method for extracting abdominal artery from CT images using three-dimensional region growing algorithm combined with image morphology.The experimental results show that the proposed method is an effective way for improving the accuracy of abdominal artery segmentation.

In this paper, software architecture for medical image processing, analysis and archiving is presented. On the basis of the considered architecture a new task-oriented medical image processing system, which allows imitating of the human visual system, is developed. The basic functions include input/output of halftone images, pre- and post-processing, filtration, compression, enhancement, 2D linear transforms, pseudo-color transforms, analysis and interpolations. Using the system features, various image processing tasks are semantically described in the experimental part. The main advantages of the proposed architecture are the use of adaptive algorithms for processing of medical images, tailored to their specific features.

We here report on the process of developing a surgical robot that can conduct operation "going inside the body without spreading the operational region". The endoscopic robot that we are developing now has a flexible cylindrical body with functions of a set of human arms at the tip and also with vision and haptic sense functions. We evaluated necessary technology factor to complete this robot into categories such as, transmission of energy, adaptation to insides of the body.

6月,尽管货币政策环境有所好转,但下游房地产开发、基建项目建设等对工程机械新机产品的需求依然疲弱,市场销量延续同比负增长,不过降幅有所收窄。作为行业风向标的挖掘机,6月产量和销量同比分别下降22.9%、24.2%,行业总体走势依然不佳。在此不利形势下,行业收入增长基本停滞,利润降幅则继续扩大,行业尤其是重点企业经营形势愈加严峻。进入下半年,货币政策环境将延续好转势头,近期审批的基建投资项目将集中开工,房地产开发投资形势也将好于上半年,预计工程机械市场需求将有所回升。不过由于二季度销量降幅较大,全年销售增速或再度下滑,预计2014年八大典型工程机械销量同比增长4.0%左右,低于上年销量6.5%的增速,其中下半年销量将恢复适度增长,行业经营形势也将出现好转。

Science advances both by conceptual leaps and by improved observational and analytic tools. Mechanism and function in biological systems can best be understood in the context of the complex microen-vironments in which they occur, and for this purpose morphologic analysis can be critical. The technological advances in cell and tissue imaging described in this book are currently finding application in a wide variety of basic, translational, and clinical biomedical studies. We have chosen some specific approaches that illustrate the various categories of imaging methodologies available. Many other ways of applying modern morphology-based interrogation of cells and tissues have already been described and are continuously evolving. This chapter provides examples of some of these. On the clinical front, radiologists have embraced new imaging technique to a greater extent than have pathologists. This chapter discusses some of the factors responsible for this, and suggests that pathology and radiology are converging towards a more holistic approach to diagnostic imaging.

This paper studies induced electric fields and current densities for peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS) induced by breast gradient coils.The numerical calculations are based on an efficient,quasi-static,finite-difference (QSFD) scheme.The application of the human body to the calculations of induced current densities and electric fields from applied low frequency magnetic and electric fields is described.The spatial distributions of the induced electric field and their gradients are calculated.This study provides some insight into the spatial characteristics of the induced field gradients for PNS in MRI,which may be used to further evaluate the sites where magnetic stimulation is likely to occur and to optimize gradient coil design.

20550.对射频消融病变的建模图像引导左心房纤维颤动治疗:模型公式及初步评价

In the context of image-guided left atrial fibrillation therapy, relatively very little work has been done to consider the changes that occur in the tissue during ablation in order to monitor therapy delivery. Here we describe a technique to predict the lesion progression and monitor the radio-frequency energy delivery via a thermal ablation model that uses heat transfer principles to estimate the tissue temperature distribution and resulting lesion. A preliminary evaluation of the model was conducted in ex vivo skeletal beef muscle tissue while emulating a clinically relevant tissue ablation protocol. The predicted temperature distribution within the tissue was assessed against that measured directly using fiberoptic temperature probes and showed agreement within 5℃ between the model-predicted and experimentally measured tissue temperatures at prescribed locations. We believe this technique is capable of providing reasonably accurate representations of the tissue response to radio-frequency energy delivery.
