截至2012年，世界MDI生产能力达661.6万吨/年，其中80%用于生产聚氨酯泡沫。2012年，我国五套MDI装置总产能合计176万吨/年，占全球总产能近30%。随着国内产能的陆续释放，我国已逐步成为MDI主要出口国，自给率也提高至96.2%。但由于全球经济恢复缓慢，加之房地产调控政策使市场交易萎缩等因素叠加，我国MDI市场需求增长明显放缓。预计未来三年，全球MDI将处于供需弱平衡，产品盈利能力向上，建筑和冷冻行业依旧是MDI需求最大的领域。我国MDI产能将继续扩张，但下游市场容量增速趋缓，MDI供大于求的趋势将越发明显。

发改委网站10月12日消息，国家发改委发布《关于做好2013年天然气迎峰度冬工作的意见》，要求做好2013年天然气迎峰度冬工作。该意见认为，随着大气污染防治工作全面推进，各地用气需求超常规增长，今冬明春天然气供需矛盾较往年将更为突出，如遭遇持续低温等极端天气，保供形势将更加严峻。发改委要求，要继续完善价格机制。各地要抓紧出台天然气销售价格疏导方案和配套措施，争取冬季用气高峰前完成全部疏导工作，切实发挥价格杠杆调节供需的作用。同时，建立健全居民生活用气阶梯价格制度。具备条件的地区，可以在终端消费推行季节性差价和可中断气价等差别性价格政策，促进移峰填谷和节约用气，缓解天然气供应压力。
