中证网消息，财政部、发改委、工信部、海关总署、国税总局、国家能源局联合宣布，3月1日起，我国将对重大技术装备进口税收政策进行调整，旨在加快我国战略性新兴产业发展。新版本按照有增有减的原则，是对以往目录的一次系统、全面梳理和调整。如在国家支持发展的重大技术装备和产品目录中，新增油气钻探设备、半潜式钻井平台、液化天然气运输船、深水物探船、接触网多功能综合作业车、湿式电除尘器等装备；同时，删除了工程机械、城市轨道交通装备、核电装备等领域国内已能生产的部分关键零部件及原材料。

27299.聚邻氨基苯硫酚/纳米金复合膜分子印迹传感器测定2,4-二氯苯酚

在2,4-二氯苯酚(2,4-DCP)存在下,在金电极表面自组装邻氨基苯硫酚(oATP)并电聚合oATP/金纳米粒子,制得2,4-DCP印迹复合膜电化学传感器.采用循环伏安法和交流阻抗技术对传感器制备过程进行了表征,以K3Fe(CN)6为探针,间接对2,4-DCP进行定量分析.结果表明,2,4-DCP在5.0×10-8 ～ 1.2×10-4mol/L浓度范围内与K3Fe(CN)6示差脉冲伏安曲线的峰电流呈线性关系(R2=0.9964),检出限为1.5×10-8mol/L(S/N=3).该印迹传感器可在几种氯代酚干扰下选择性测定2,4-DCP.利用该传感器对环境水样进行加标回收检测,回收率为95.2％～109.3％.

综述了掺铝氧化锌(AZO)薄膜制备方法与光电特性,重点阐述了磁控溅射法制备工艺参数如衬底温度、溅射功率、气体压强、溅射时间、衬底和靶间距、负偏压等对AZO薄膜结构、光电性能的影响,并指出目前AZO薄膜的研究关键以及所面临的挑战,展望了未来的研究方向.
