基于p型半导体与n型半导体间的特殊p-n结效应可有效提高紫外探测器的紫外光敏性能,研究了高密度p型聚苯胺(PANI)纳米线阵列的制备方法,及其与n型单晶硅片组装为具有p-n结效应的高性能紫外探测器的方法.采用旋涂煅烧法在单晶硅片表面制备了二氧化锰层,研究了以其为种子层制备高密度聚苯胺纳米线阵列的方法,并考察了不同制备条件对聚苯胺形貌的影响,揭示了聚苯胺纳米线阵列的形成机理.结果表明,利用二氧化锰种子层对溶液中苯胺的氧化作用,可优先在二氧化锰层表面形成聚苯胺纳米粒子,然后再向溶液中加入另一氧化剂过硫酸铵(APS),可使聚苯胺纳米粒子沿垂直于衬底方向进一步生长,从而制得了分布均匀的高密度p型聚苯胺...

22462.不同电流密度下TC4钛合金微弧氧化膜的电化学腐蚀行为

分别采用恒流和梯度电流两种模式对TC4钛合金进行微弧氧化,并研究了电流密度对膜层厚度、表面形貌和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:恒流模式下,随着电流密度的增加,膜层的厚度、表面微孔直径逐渐增大,自腐蚀电位和阻抗值先增大后减小;梯度电流模式下所得膜层较厚、表面微孔直径较小,耐蚀性较好。较适宜的恒流电流密度与梯度电流密度分别为10 A/dm2和15-5A/dm2,且后者所得膜层的耐蚀性优于前者的。

研究了电气石粉的粒径、用量、p H、吸附时间等因素对铅蓄电池废水的总铅、总镉吸附去除率的影响,处理的铅蓄电池废水初始总镉质量浓度0.2~1.5 mg/L、总铅质量浓度18~41 mg/L,当电气石粉粒径为0.5μm,反应p H=6.0,吸附时间为20 min时,镉、铅去除率可达99.5%。出水可达到《电池工业污染物排放标准》(GB 30484—2013)中第一类污染物最高允许排放标准总镉

研究了端基烯烃和醛肟在氧化剂过硫酸氢钾和催化量碘代烷烃作用下的[3+2]环合反应，合成了一系列具有良好产率及区域选择性的3,5-二取代异噁唑啉化合物。反应中，碘代烷烃先经过氧化分解产生了活泼的次碘酸，再依次与醛肟和烯烃经亲电加成反应生成五元杂环碘代中间体，该中间体通过消除反应得到3,5-二取代异噁唑啉化合物。考察了反应条件的影响，提出了可能的反应机理，为合成3,5-二取代异噁唑啉化合物提供了新方法。
