HA is a naturally occurring substance found in synovial fluid. Viscosupplementation is a procedure in which HA is injected into the joints. HA acts as a lubricant during the joints' movement reducing the friction between them. The HA supplements keep the joints hydrated. HA deficiency can disturb nutrient flow in the body that leads to poor tissue health, slow healing, and joint and muscle deterioration. OA is primarily caused due to wear and tear of the cartilage. Externally injected HA aids in the maintenance of the soft tissue function, such as joint support, and also in the treatment of OA.

PET is an imaging technique for producing a three-dimensional image of the functional processes in the human system. PET scans are increasingly read alongside CT or MRI scans providing information on both anatomic and metabolic information. PET imaging is a powerful tool in combination with anatomical imaging, such as CT and MRI. This has enabled its application in the area of oncology, cardiology, and neurology studies.The Global PET market has been experiencing a steady growth. In 2012, most of the growth in the market stemmed from the Americas and the EMEA region, which together accounted for more than 75 percent of the market. A UAV payload includes the objects carried on a UAV which are used to make the UAV efficient and versatile. Electro-optic cameras that can take real-time video of objects in the visible light spectrum are an example of a UAV payload. UAV payload also includes lasers that provide light at night for viewing and targeting an object. SARs that use a single antenna to generate accurate radar imaging of target places, signal intelligence sensors used to locate, detect, and classify radio frequency transmissions, and electronic warfare equipment used to locate, detect, and classify radar emitters are some of the other examples of UAV payload. UAV payload is controlled by ground control units, which include command, control, communication, computers, and intelligence systems. Such units are used to collect data and make it available to different departments of the intelligence system of a country through integrated surface routers.

Landing lights are used in night landing operations by aircrafts. Position lights are also known as navigation lights. These lights are placed on the wingtip (red on left wingtip, green on right wing tip) and on the tail of the aircraft. Anti-collision lights illuminate the important parts of the aircraft. These lights are placed at the rudder (vertical tail of the aircraft), fuselage (body of the aircraft), and on the wingtip of the aircraft. A red beacon is used on the rudder whereas white strobes are used on the wingtips. Cockpit lights assist the pilots to view the important switches and instruments. Cabin lights are used to illuminate the aircraft cabin. Emergency lights include interior and exterior lights, which are battery powered. They are not directly connected to the main electrical system of the aircraft.

Cryogenics is the study of the production of extremely low temperatures as well the behavior of materials at those temperatures. Cryogenic equipment is designed to store liquefied gases that are maintained at extremely low temperatures to retain their liquid state. Low temperatures below -150°C, generally referred to as cryogenic temperature, are required to store these gases. As these liquefied gases require extremely low temperatures they cannot be handled using ordinary equipment, therefore requiring specially manufactured cryogenic equipment. The most commonly used cryogenic equipment includes tanks, valves, vaporizers, and pumps. Cryogenic equipment is being increasingly used in industries such as Petrochemical, Chemicals, Metallurgy, Power, Electronics, and Shipbuilding for various purposes.

Thermal treatment air filtration is a method to filter the exhaust gas emissions arising out of various industrial processes in order to prevent hazardous air pollutants from mixing up with the environment. In this technique, the exhaust air is thermally heated to very high temperatures in the oxidizer chamber, thus breaking the bond among the pollutant compounds. The compound then mixes up with the oxygen present in the chamber to form CO2, and H2O. This method is widely suitable for removing several hazardous air pollutants, VOCs, and other toxic chemicals from industrial air stream. Using the thermal treatment air filtration technique end-users can reach purity levels of up to 99.5 percent in the exhaust gas.The Global Thermal Treatment Air Filtration market is expected to grow at a steady rate during the period 2012-2016. A major part of the demand for thermal air filtration systems is generated by the Process industry. The market was dominated by the APAC region in 2012, followed by the EMEA region and then the Americas. The overall market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.55 percent during the forecast period.
