    在国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。“十二五”是国民经济发展的重要战略机遇期,也是石化和化学工业发展的关键时期。为适应国内外形势新变化,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,加快转变发展方式,促进石化和化学工业转型升级,提高行业整体质量和效益,增强国际竞争力和可持续发展能力,特编制本规划。规划期为2011-2015 年。本规划内容包括石油化工、天然气化工、煤化工、盐化工和生物化工等。本规划依据《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》、《工业转型升级规划(2011-2015 年)》编制,是引导市场主体行为、配置政府公共资源以及制定相关政策的重要依据,是指导石化和化学工业未来五年持续健康发展的行动纲领。本规划配套发布《烯烃工业“十二五”发展规划》、《危险化学品“十二五”发展布局规划》、《化肥工业“十二五”发展规划》、《农药工业“十二五”发展规划》四个子规划。

  • 15546.太阳能光伏产业“十二五”发展规划

    “十一五”期间,我国太阳能光伏产业发展迅速,已成为我国为数不多的、可以同步参与国际竞争、并有望达到国际领先水平的行业。加快我国太阳能光伏产业的发展,对于实现工业转型升级、调整能源结构、发展社会经济、推进节能减排均具有重要意义。国务院发布的《关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决定》,已将太阳能光伏产业列入我国未来发展的战略性新兴产业重要领域。根据《工业转型升级规划(2011-2015年)》、《信息产业“十二五”发展规划》以及《电子信息制造业“十二五”发展规划》的要求,在全面调研、深入研究、广泛座谈的基础上,编制太阳能光伏产业“十二五”发展规划,作为我国“十二五”光伏产业发展的指导性文件。

  • 15547.2013年11月(上半月)电力行业要闻综述

    2013年第三季度全国新增核准风电场项目106个,核准容量为818.53万千瓦,较2012年同期下降了25.3%。其中2012年核准项目较多的内蒙古、甘肃由于受风电消纳市场的影响,2013年核准项目规模明显减少;江苏由于大丰200MW海上风电项目、东台200MW海上风电项目和滨海300MW海上风电项目等三个海上特许权风电项目获得核准,第三季度新核准容量最多;山西、河北、新疆兵团、陕西、宁夏新增核准容量较2012年也有显着增加。截止到2013年9月30日,全国累计核准风电场项目2153个,核准容量为12391万千瓦,累计核准容量最大的三个省(区)依次为内蒙古、甘肃和河北省。其中内蒙古、甘肃省和河北省风电场项目累计核准容量均超过千万千瓦。

  • 15548.一个能敏捷计算集群的设计与评价

    Variable, intermittent renewable sources of energy are being introduced into the national electric grid at scale.However, the current grid paradigm of load-followingsupplies is unable to utilize these sources without impractical deployments of backup generation and gridscaleenergy storage. Thus, it will be crucial to have energy agile loads: electric loads that can dynamically adapt their energy consumption. Data centers are prime candidates for becoming energy agile because they are large energy consumers and often have workloads thatcan be shaped to vary their power consumption. In thispaper we present an energy agile cluster that is power proportional (uses power proportional to its workload)and exposes slack (the ability to temporarily delay ordegrade service to reduce power consumption). We describe a prototype cluster that consumes 60% less energyon typical workloads by being power proportional.Then, using month-long traces from a 9572 node computing cluster and a California wind farm, we show howa grid-aware scheduler can use workload slack to reducesdependence on non-renewable energy sources to 40% of its original level. Our results show that achieving the same wind penetration with energy storage alone wouldrequire sufficient battery capacity to run a cluster for fivehours.

Our device detects any appliance’s power consumption via a current sense transformer, which wirelessly couples magnetic energy from the appliance to output an electromotive force voltage.

    The growth of smartphone technology in today’s society has paved way for a myriad of consumer applications that target various aspects of our lives. One such area lies withinthe health and wellness category and relates to our dietary and eating habits. However,the percentage of downloaded applications in the health category is dominated by thosein the gaming category on both markets from Android and Apple. Thus, in conjunction with the health start-up Blue Goji as an industry partner, this project proposes a solution through the introduction of crowdsourcing and social elements into the mealjournal process in order to increase user retention. Existing smartphone applications targeting this sector are investigated and their benefits and shortcomings are analyzedin order to in to aid in developing a new application that will engage more users intracking their eating habits for the purposes of improving their health. Through feedback from user study groups, changes to the application are made to align itwith the customer’s true needs and the application concept is evolved through multipleiterations. Finally, future improvements and suggestions for alternative ideas are proposed with regards to the final prototype produced for the project.
