32781.一种新型结构数字载波跟踪环及其Z域稳态性能分析

提出一种具有串联环路结构的新型数字载波跟踪环,以解决极低载噪比下高动态载波信号的跟踪问题.在输入纯载波信号时,通过建立Z域全相位模型,对新型载波环稳态性能和稳定条件进行了理论推导,得到稳态相差和稳定条件与环路参数间的解析式.理论分析表明,该新型载波环的动态跟踪能力等价于高阶锁相环,且稳定条件比后者更容易满足.仿真结果验证了上述结论.所得结论可用于评估接收机载波跟踪性能及指导环路设计,并为设计高阶锁相环提供了一种新思路.

32782.一种基于敏感度的时延驱动快速布局算法

本文提出了一种基于敏感度的时延驱动的快速布局算法.该算法在解方程和单元扩散这两个阶段同时优化关键线网时延.其中基于敏感度的线网权重模型用于解方程阶段,基于关键路径的启发式单元优化算法用于单元扩散阶段.静态时延分析工具Astro分析结果表明:与FastPlace相比,最小负松弛量(worst negative slack)平均提高了25.82%,负松弛量总和(total negative slack)平均提高了20.53%,同时总线长仅平均增加3.14%且运行时间没有明显增加.

32783.一种新型的负载均衡-交叉点缓冲交换结构

针对混合输入-交叉点队列(CICQ)交换结构受限于“流控通信延时”、“需要2倍内部加速仿真输出队列(OQ)交换”以及单纯交叉点缓冲(CQ)存在“非均衡流量模式下吞吐量性能不足”等问题,本文提出一种新型的“负载均衡交叉点缓冲交换结构”.采用固定模式时隙轮转匹配进行负载均衡处理,将到达输入端口的非均衡流量转化为近似均衡流量并且平均分配到同一输出端口对应的交叉缓冲中,从而可以利用较小的交叉点缓冲来模拟输出队列调度,简化调度过程并且提高吞吐量.理论分析证明了这种新结构的稳定性以及模拟输出队列交换的能力.同时仿真表明,采用该交换结构可以在不需要内部加速的条件下获得相当于输出队列交换的性能,并且有效地解决了交叉点缓冲队列非均衡流量性能不足的问题.

Along with the rapid development of computer technology,high speed data acquisition and storage system has been widely applied in plenty of engineering fields,such as radar,aerospace industry,communication,etc.In order to satisfy the increasing requirement,we present the design structure of a novel integrated instrument for ultra-high speed data acquisition and storage,which is composed of ultra-high speed data acquisition,high speed data transmission and solid storage three main sub-systems.The detailed design and realization of the sub-systems are presented.We test and analysis the performance of the integrated instrument and the actual results show that the instrument performs stably and provides excellent speed and precision.

UWB signals are very suitable for localization,since their high time resolution can provide precise time of arrival (TOA) estimation.However,a major challenge in UWB signal processing is the requirement for high sampling rate.The theory of compressive sensing (CS) makes processing UWB signal at a low sampling rate possible via analog-to-information converter (AIC) if the signal has a sparse representation in a certain space.In this paper,a new framework called residual analog-to-information converter (RAIC) is proposed to improve AIC performance by adding a signal prediction/cancellation module in front of AIC.The structure of RAIC is designed and analyzed.

We report on the theoretical and experimental progress on photonefficient quantum key distribution. We have derived theoretical bounds on the upper bound on the private capacity and developed a novel large-alphabet quantum key distribution protocol employing security through measurements in mutually unbiased bases. In experimental efforts, we advanced the photonic integrated chip architecture, including linear optics for security checks and chipintegrated high-performance single photon detectors.

Solution-processed thin-films of semiconducting carbon nanotubes as the channel material for flexible electronics simultaneously offers high performance, low cost and ambient stability, which significantly outruns the organic semiconductor materials. In this work, we report the use of semiconductor-enriched carbon nanotubes for high-performance integrated circuits on mechanically flexible substrates for digital, analog and radio frequency applications. The as-obtained thin-film transistors (TFTs) exhibit highly
uniform device performance with on-current and transconductance up to 15 microA/micron and 4 mircoS/micron. By performing capacitance-voltage measurements, the gate capacitance of the nanotube TFT is precisely extracted and the corresponding peak effective device mobility is evaluated to be around 50 sq cm/V/s.

The issue here is that HU can encode information in the 'timings' of the acknowledgements. The Pump aims at mitigating the covert timing channel by introducing buffering between HU and LU, as well as adding noise to the acknowledgment timings. We model the working of the Pump in certain situations, as a communication system with feedback and use then this perspective to derive an upper bound on the capacity of the covert channel between HU and LU in the Pump. This upper bound is presented in terms of a directed information flow over the dynamics of the system. We also present an achievable scheme that can transmit information over this channel. When the support of the noise added by
Pump to acknowledgment timings is finite, the achievable rate is nonzero, i.e, infinite number of bits can be reliably communicated. If the support of the noise is infinite, the achievable rate is zero and hence finite number of bits can be communicated.
