In order to deal with the conflict of the robot high-performance implementing the task in an uncertain environment,environmental modeling method based on ultrasonic ranging was adopted.By the complex environmental modeling mean of combining the methods of grid and geometry,relying the measurement data of the adjacent multi-ultrasonic and the correlation among the data,the environmental modeling was established effectively.The modeling characteristics analysis showed that:the robot can easily make obstacle avoidance,path planning and decision-making in the grid-based modeling.The accuracy of the modeling is high,and it can detect and update the complex regional expediently.The environmental modeling based on ultrasonic ranging can effectively solve the problem of mobile robot implementing the tasks efficiently in the actual complex environment.

32193.使用分布式光纤传感器进行路堤变形监测实验研究

To overcome shortcomings of traditional methods for detecting the embankment internal deformation,this paper puts forward the distributed optical fiber sensing technique to detect the embankment inner deep deformation.The method according to the optical fiber sensing mechanism,with Swiss Omnisens company produces the DiTeSt-202 strain/temperature optical fiber sensing analyzer,makes the cable arrangement,builds the monitoring program for the embankment deep deformation and real-time monitors the embankment,and uses Matlab to process and analysis data.The experimental results show that the feasibility of this scheme,guides the engineering practice.

32195.恶劣环境下使用威克PX-570晶体振荡器的特性

Computing hardware, data-acquisition systems, communications systems, and many electronic control systems require well-controlled timing signals for proper and accurate operation. These signals are, in most cases, provided by circuits that employ crystal oscillators due to availability, cost, ease of operation, and accuracy. In some cases, the electronic systems are expected to survive and operate under harsh conditions that include exposure to extreme temperatures. These applications exist in terrestrial systems as well as in aerospace products. Well-logging, geothermal systems, and industrial process control are examples of ground-based applications, while distributed jet engine control in aircraft, space-based observatories (such as the James Webb Space Telescope), satellites, and lunar and planetary landers are typical environments where electronics are exposed to harsh operating conditions. To ensure these devices produce reliable results, the digital heartbeat from the oscillator must deliver a stable signal that is not affected by external temperature or other conditions. One such solution is a recently introduced commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) oscillator, the PX-570 series from Vectron International. The oscillator was designed for high-temperature applications and as proof, the crystal oscillator was subjected to a wide suite of tests to determine its ruggedness for operation in harsh environments. The tests performed by Vectron included electrical characterization under wide range of temperature, accelerated life test/aging, shock and vibration, internal moisture analysis, ESD threshold, and latch-up testing. The parametric evaluation was performed on the oscillator's frequency, output signal rise and fall times, duty cycle, and supply current over the temperature range of -125 C to +230 C.

This is a final technical report for the first project year from July 1, 2005 to Jan 31, 2012 for DoE/NETL funded project DE-FC26-05NT42439: Development of Nanocrystalline Doped-Ceramic Enabled Fiber Sensors for High Temperature In-Situ Monitoring of Fossil Fuel Gases. This report summarizes the technical progresses and achievements towards the development of novel nanocrystalline doped ceramic material-enabled optical fiber sensors for in situ and real time monitoring the gas composition of flue or hot gas streams involved in fossil-fuel based power generation and hydrogen production.

An electronic control system for sensorless BLDCM is proposed.Normally,the back-emf signal has coupling noise from the PWM signal which is used to vary the speed of the motor.So it is difficult to detect the zero-crossing point accurately when the motor work at low speed.In order to improve the controllability of BLDCM at low speed,a new algorithm is presented.The control system is implemented from both hardware and software parts.And the experiments verified the good control performance and dynamic characteristics of the system.

32198.2010年生产准备评估——2008年备用电源和物料搬运设备市场的燃料电池堆及系统报告

In 2008, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), under contract to the US Department of Energy (DOE), conducted a manufacturing readiness assessment (MRA) of fuel cell systems and fuel cell stacks for back-up power and material handling applications (MHE). To facilitate the MRA, manufacturing readiness levels (MRL) were defined that were based on the Technology Readiness Levels previously established by the US Department of Energy (DOE). NREL assessed the extensive existing hierarchy of MRLs developed by Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal entities, and developed a MRL scale adapted to the needs of the Fuel Cell Technologies Program (FCTP) and to the status of the fuel cell industry. The MRL ranking of a fuel cell manufacturing facility increases as the manufacturing capability transitions from laboratory prototype development through Low Rate Initial Production to Full Rate Production. DOE can use MRLs to address the economic and institutional risks associated with a ramp-up in polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cell production. In 2010, NREL updated this assessment, including additional manufacturers, an assessment of market developments since the original report, and a comparison of MRLs between 2008 and 2010.

Mechanically flexible and one-dimensional electronic interconnects are nowadays a standard, enabling various applications, and offering a wide range of advantages. Taking planar one-dimensional flexible systems onto the next level of high-speed and high performance electronic systems, various efforts on connecting rigid integrated circuits (ICs), e.g. microcontrollers, batteries, sensors, actuators etc., to flexible interconnects exist. In this work, a comprehensive surface mount technology (SMT) for rigid and silicon dioxide based ICs onto flexible and glycol-modified Polyethylene Terephthalate screen-printed interconnects is developed. Here, the SMT solution addresses the following challenges: low thermal budget of Polyethylene Terephthalate, non-solderability of the screen-printed structures, aluminum coating of the IC, and small-sized pitches of the IC. Besides, various reliability aspects of the assembled electrical end product are investigated.

32200.基于LQG理论的电动助力转向和主动悬架系统综合控制

The vehicle dynamics models which have integrated electric power steering (EPS) and active suspension system (ASS) were built,the integrated LQG (Linear-Quadratic Gaussian)controller which adopts centralized structure was designed,computer simulations were carded out with the MATLAB/Simulink software.The simulation results showed that the LQG controller could not only apparently filter sensor measurement noise influencing the integrated systems,but also effectively improve vehicle handing stability and steering portability.
