2019 年3 月26 日，国家能源局公布了最新的煤炭行业公告产能情况。截止2018 年12 月底，安全生产许可证等证照齐全的生产煤矿3373处，产能35.3 亿吨/年；已核准（审批）、开工建设煤矿1010 处（含生产煤矿同步改建、改造项目96 处）、产能10.3 亿吨/年，其中已建成、进入联合试运转的煤矿203 处，产能3.7 亿吨/年。在此对最新公告和上期公告数据进行了对比分析，得到结论如下。

十三五期间我国天然气供需快速增长，但基础设施瓶颈问题比较突出。《天然气发展“十三五”规划》和《中长期油气管网规划》等政策要求加快构建油气管网体系，对石油天然气基础设施网络进行了统筹规划，搭建中长期油气管网布局蓝图。

本周 230 家焦炭产能利用率下行 0.1%，目前为 75.8%，目前山西为遏制焦化污染推出“八查八整治”，焦化边际供给或将减少。

据煤炭工业协会统计，1～2 月，全国煤炭产量累计达到 5.14 亿吨，同比减少 1.5%。同时，受雨水天气偏多影响，水电出力挤压火电市场，1～2 月，全国煤炭累计销量为 4.88 亿吨，同比减少 1.52%。

However, the process is still in the prototype stage and is yet to be implemented.
