1681.杂质对烟气脱硫石膏热脱水性能的影响

采用TG-DSC测试方法研究了烟气脱硫石膏在不同升温速率下的热脱水性及其所含杂质产生的影响.结果表明,不同烟气脱硫石膏的两步脱水反应峰形有所不同:活化能高的,两步脱水反应的吸热峰较为明显;而活化能低的,两步脱水反应的吸热峰发生重叠现象.烟气脱硫石膏的两步脱水反应均遵循Avrami-Erofeev方程.镁离子和氯离子能降低烟气脱硫石膏的活化能.

1682.不锈钢冠脉支架的激光切割工艺研究

利用自行研制的激光精密加工设备,对316L不锈钢冠脉支架的激光切割工艺进行了研究.通过分析影响316L不锈钢切割质量的主要因素,包括激光参数、辅助气体、喷嘴位置、切割速度等,优化确定了一组激光切割316L不锈钢冠脉支架的工艺参数:激光波长1.064μm,聚焦光斑直径20μm,脉宽10μs,重频1000Hz,平均功率12W,单脉冲能量12mJ,氧气压力0.3MPa,喷嘴高度0.7mm,冷却水流量0.2L/min,切割速度35cm/min.在该优化参数下,切割得到的冠脉支架的切口质量、均匀性得到了明显的改善和提高,但仍需后续工艺对其表面质量进行进一步的改善,提高其柔顺性和生物相容性.

1683.自应力陶粒钢管混凝土短柱火灾后轴向压缩行为的研究

The post-fire axial compressive behavior of a set of self-stress lightweight aggregate concrete filled steel tubes (noted as SSLC-ST) after exposure to fire was studied.Effect of the fire temperatures of the specimens and some parameters on the axial compressive behavior of the specimens was especially discussed.The results show that the initial circumferential strain of surface of the steel tubes is much larger than the longitudinal strain of the steel tubes,and the specimens of SSLC-ST have higher post-fire axial compression bearing capacity and better plastic deformation.It was concluded that the local buckling and overall failure of the specimens take place in succession while the specimens are axially loaded,and there are a lot of slip lines with angle of 45° on surface of the steel tubes.

1684.CFRP-钢管混凝土构件屈曲分析

为了研究轴向荷载作用下CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer)-钢管混凝土构件屈曲后的力学性能,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立CFRP-钢管混凝土长、短柱有限元模型,并采用buckle 及riks 求解器对模型进行求解。通过将有限元模拟结果与现有试验以及解析公式计算结果相比较,验证有限元模型建立的合理性。之后调整有限元模型中CFRP 布置形式和CFRP厚度来考查其对整体构件抗屈曲性能的影响:CFRP厚度的变化对长、短构件临界荷载的影响甚微;对于短柱,随着环向CFRP层数的增加,钢管的局部屈曲得到了有效抑制,构件屈曲后极限承载力提高显著。而对于长柱构件,纵向布置CFRP可以有效提高构件屈曲后承载能力,随着纵向CFRP厚度的增加,屈曲后极限承载力呈线性增长。

The concrete-filled steel tube structure possesses the advantages stemming from both steel and concrete. When the structure receives pressure, the concrete in the steel tube bears the stresses from three directions owing to the restriction of the steel tube.The combination of both materials can help conquer their respective weakness and bring their strong points into full play.play.Therefore the concrete-filled steel tube structure has a bright future. Whether a structure system has a bright future largely depends on the economic benefit of the system. This paper presents an economic analysis on concrete-filled steel tube structure by way of comparing the reinforced concrete structure.

1686.一种新的高强度外包钢混凝土复合梁的性能研究

On the basis of the theoretical study and application of ordinary steel-encased concrete composite beam,this paper will focus on a new high-strength steel-encased concrete composite beam,and mainly studies high-performance steel Q420 and Q460,as well as high-strength concrete C60 and C80.Besides,an experimental study of 5 simply-supported beams is made,and the load-deflection curves of new SCCB are analyzed.The calculation formula of load which changes with depth of section and bending strength of the cross section is also analyzed.It is suggested that the calculated results announced should be identical with the experimental results.

1688.氮掺杂硅铝固载TiO2多孔材料的制备及其光催化性能分析

以硅、铝和钛的无机盐为初始反应物,采用水热法制得了具有光催化活性的氮掺杂硅铝固载TiO2多孔材料(N/TiO2-SiAl).采用XRD、FESEM、FTIR、UV-Vis等现代分析技术分析表征了所得样品的物相结构及形貌;以甲基橙为探针在模拟太阳光下考察样品的光催化性能.结果表明:N/TiO2-SiAl为蜂窝状多孔材料,具有较大的比表面积;锐钛矿相TiO2以Si-O-Ti键的形式结合在无定形硅铝骨架中,并且硅铝骨架能够抑制锐钛矿相TiO2向金红石相转变;氮掺杂能够使TiO2的光响应范围向可见光区移动,在模拟太阳光照射120 min后N/TiO2-SiAl对甲基橙的降解率达到90%以上,具有较高的光催化性能,重复使用4次后降解率依然在80%以上,具有较强的光催化循环使用性能.

1689.置氢对Ti-25Nb-10Ta-1Zr-0.2Fe合金室温组织和硬度的影响

利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射和扫描电镜等手段,研究了固态气体渗氢后氢元素对新型β医用钛合金Ti-25Nb-10Ta-1Zr-0.2Fe的相组成、微观组织和硬度的影响.研究结果表明,570℃置氢空冷,置氢量为0.2%(质量分数),合金发生共析反应βH→αH+δ.置氢后合金表面和内部显微组织出现差异:在合金表面,δ氢化物呈现针状,从晶界处生长,尺寸差异较大;在合金内部,氢化物δ呈细小针状,长度小于1μm,以α针为中心平行向外生长.置氢后合金硬度未增强.

1690.功能梯度板壳的力学研究进展

功能梯度材料(FGM)是一种材料组分或微观结构沿一个或几个方向连续变化的新型复合材料.FGM中基本消除了宏观界面,同时具有很好的可设计性,设计人员可以有目的地改变材料组成,以获得所期望的性能.由FGM构成的功能梯度板壳结构在许多工程领域中有着广阔的应用前素,评速了FGM板壳结构的弯曲、屈曲和后屈曲、振动和动力稳定性等力学问题研究的发展现状,阐述了常用方法和理论的优缺点,并提出了未来的发展趋势和需要研究的方向.
