Digital holography is applied to measure the characteristics of transparent material. A digital hologram recording system to measure the surface of transparent material was established, and the digital holograms of transparent object were obtained in high quality. For postprocessing of hologram, the least-squares phase unwrapping algorithm was used in phase unwrapping, and the phase reconstruction image of transparent object was obtained. The information of material surfaces was measured and the characteristic was presented in 3D visualization. The validation experiment was conducted by NanoMap 500LS system; the results of validation experiment are well satisfied with the measurement by digital holography, which proved the feasibility of digital holographic technology as a good measurement tool for transparent material.

1618.V掺杂Li2FeSiO4正极材料的制备与电化学性能

采用固相法制备了V 掺杂的锂离子正极材料Li2FeSi(1–x)VxO4(其中x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15)。通过X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜、粒度分析、恒流充放电测试及交流阻抗谱测试等方法研究制备样品的结构、形貌及电化学性能。结果表明:掺杂后样品的衍射主峰与Li2FeSiO4 的XRD 谱一致,样品的一次粒径分布在200~500 nm 之间,颗粒分散较为均匀,掺杂后样品的粒度分布更为一致。电学性能测试显示:x=0.10 时,样品表现出较好的电学性能。在0.1C 下放电,Li2FeSi0.90V0.10O4的首次放电容量为163 mA·h/g,与Li2FeSiO4 相比容量增加了66.2%,循环30 次后的容量仍保持在27mA·h/g,具有良好的循环性能。

1619.锰基富锂正极材料Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.59Co0.01O2的首次充放电曲线分析

采用溶胶?凝胶法制备了锰基富锂正极材料Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.59Co0.01O2。在类似的实验条件下制备了3 组样品。分别用3组共计13 个样品作为正极、金属锂作为负极制备了扣式电池以研究其首次充放电曲线和Coulomb 效率。发现首次充电时平台容量(CP)占总充电容量(CT)的比例为首次Coulomb 效率的曲线函数。而首次放电时,在3.5V 两侧均有1 个放电平台,其微分容量曲线(dQ/dU)中2 个峰的峰值比(PB/PC)为首次Coulomb 效率的线性函数。通过分析,提出一个模型来解释锰基富锂材料的首次充放电行为。

1620.中空SiO2微球的制备及其对水性聚氨酯涂膜透水汽性能的影响

采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵胶束为软模板、四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)为混合硅源、氨水为催化剂制备了表面亲水的中空SiO2 微球。考察了硅源总用量、硅源比例TEOS/KH-550)对中空SiO2 微球形貌的影响。然后将制备的中空SiO2 微球与水性聚氨酯乳液物理共混,考察中空SiO2 微球对水性聚氨酯涂膜透水汽性、耐水性以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅源总用量的增加,中空SiO2 微球的粒径变化不大,壳层厚度先增大后不再变化,且其中小粒径实心SiO2 微球的数目增加,复合涂膜的透水汽性呈现先升高后降低的趋势;随着硅源中TEOS 比例的增大,中空SiO2 微球的壁厚逐渐增加,复合涂膜的透水汽性先逐渐升高后逐渐降低;同时,中空SiO2 微球对复合涂膜的力学性能和耐水性能均有一定的改善作用。
